Have any of you Rio Rico residents,(Northeast Section)... who are ready to or who have already built, experienced any problems/issues with a soil PERC Test?... we haven't gotten to this point yet, as we are not quite ready to build, but i was just curious ... i assume the PERC Test is done after the official survey is performed ... thanks in advance ... Jo Anne
