A U.S. Border Patrol agent has been indicted on charges of molesting a 13-year-old girl and giving pornography to a 10-year-old boy.

These child molestars would disappear fast if they knew the penalty was sterilization. Ranchers have to do this to control their herds, so maybe we should copy the practice of ranchers.
