I would like to know how Bob Brutyn,( who left a house in short sale with over $600,000 in Novato in July,2009) was able to buy a $1,450,000 house in ABQ in August, 2009. This sounds like fraud. Telling one bank you can not pay them and move on. This shady businessman should be living in his car until he pays the bank in Novato what he owes them!
