1 He was driving a SUB? In Santa Fe? Wow. And he had $2,4100 in cash? That's a lot of money. I can't even count to that. I don't even know how much that is? Does the SFNM have editors? |

No:But they have plenty of edict-ors.

I worked with Danny many years ago at Motion Sports. He is a good and hard-working family man.
Danny I am praying for you and your family. |

1 The SFNM does have editors, the problem is that they graduated from SFHS and got a toilet paper degree from NMHU. Spelling and grammar are over their head; don't expect them to fact check too. |

“Keeping an eye on you!” Since: Oct 08

The first time I met Mr. Martinez he ran the Honda shop there on Jefferson. I think he was ready to throw my butt out the door because I kept stopping by to check out a cycle he had there. I remember telling him that if he did not want me to come around anymore I would abide by his wishe,he told me I could stop by anytime I wanted to.
Some 15 years later I met up with him again when he owned Suzuki. I went in to ogle another bike he had there and ended up purchasing that bike which I still own. Mr. Martinez God Bless you and your family and you have been and always will be in my prayers. Alfred Padilla |

Hmm they must have rectified the situation as the story does not have those mistakes now. On the path of the story though. Osgood made a deal with the DA for the bigger fish to bang (his connect and or associates). They made a big collar and screwed the main point again.

This is sickening. Somebody is at fault here and it obviously is not Dan. Why can't the New Mexico authorities see that? Their failure to prosecute is an absolute shame. Dan and his wonderful family have had the course of their lives changed forever and there is no prosecution? This is pathetic. Send that criminal to Colorado. At least we value our citizen's lives, which apparently, New Mexico authorities don't. Lazy much? Dan, Liz, and family, I pray for you daily and wish I could help you. Love you!

How sad it is for Mr. Valdez to say that his investigator could not find proof that Marc Osgood had had a seizure. Officer Ralph Ortiz went to St. Vincent Hospital and told me he had found a bottle with seizure medicine, and that it had not been refilled in the last year. Later when I asked officer Ortiz about the bottle he said he didn't know anything about it. Very conveniently it got lost.

I have known Danny all my life and He is a wonderful, and optomistic person, who's life has been changed drastically not only by the guy who hit him, but by the Santa Fe Police Department, the District Attorney and by the crappiest court system in all of New Mexico. The guy who injured Danny and took away his livelyhood should have been chardged with possession of drugs, should have been made to explain how he could have $24,000.00 dollars on him and no vehicle insurance. His licence should be taken away and so should his freedom. While he's busy learning how to grow the best marijuana plants, Danny suffers everyday. Where the hell is the justice in this?
The money collected from the driver of the 4-runner was divided between him and the Santa Fe Police Department, another one of our crappy departments. Why did the police department benefit? ALL OF THAT MONEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN GIVEN TO DANNY and his family to help pay for his medical care, and for expences incurred for the renovations that were needed in his home to enable him to manuver his wheelchair. This guy is a criminal and so is our justice system, poor Danny literally got scewed by all of them. |
