No beurocrat has the right to govern our private property. At 10 grand a year taxes I have the right to decide what trees stay or go on my property. In about 1974 or so there was a ban on cutting trees, that was canned as this also should be canned. The Record, ( Wenkes private tabloid) wrote that the tree ordinance was a legacy. No, the legacy of her reign was complete inabillity to govern and a legal group hired by her and her co-horts that drained the town dry and accomplished zero.
