They did and without really any evedence. very bad on the jag. I remember a case from the mid 90's at fort sill oklahoma where a comand sgt major was on trial for refusing to sign his discharge papwork due to failing thto meet the army's fitness requirements. The jag defense had a full life size cardboard cutout of general schwarzkopf in the court room. bsaically you can't convict one overwight sgt. when the general is himself overwieght. Which he was. Just goes to show how screwy the jag sysytem is. personally i wouldn't trust any of them as far as you can throw them.
