If you cant get a conviction with three trials something must be wrong.

I think he probably did it, but to convict there can not be a reasonable doubt that he is guilty.... Sorry, but there is a reasonable doubt. There will never be a conviction in this case.

One of the jurors said they deadlocked because there was no murder weapon. C'mon, do they really expect a murderer to be stupid enough to hold onto a murder weapon. The murderer probably destroyed or ditched it that night. If all it takes to get away with murder is to throw away the weapon, we are all in trouble.

exccuse me for not understanding genetic based homicides. d.n.a. abuse to the hilt. we went to a high school in etown with a beautifully brilliant white female named caren coomer., athe burka name and affiliation as david, commer puts an intersting twist on just how biological terrorist acts come to be once you conclude not to outlaw the Clan.

So, what if they don't convict him does he walk? I feel sorry for the next person that crosses him if he is guilty. If he gets away with it once then he just might try it again.

I would say the weapon is between E'town and Ft. Campbell in a river or lake. He is not stupid.

you may not like it but I thank god that our justice system has those safegaurds of reasonable doubt. The movie coming out soon with hilary swank playing the sister of a man who is inocent but convicted of mureder and her struggle to finally have him freed is a true story, the real people were on larry king live a few nigts ago and the statistics they quoted, if true, about how many innocent peoples murder onvictions have ben overturned by dna evidence are frigtening. I'd rather 10 murderers go free than have innocent people convicted of murder just by ircumstantial evidence. It's my understanding in this case there is absolutely no hard physical evidence to tie him to thses mureders. In this case I'd say he should go free. If he is really guilty he will end up getting what he deserves somehow.

I think that he is probley guilty, but who knows. I know there have been three mistrials, and there must be something wrong. I think the trail should be moved to another place. Also if you can't convict him in three times he should be put on a house arrest program. It just isn't right to have a man in jail that hasn't been convicted of a crime yet. Not that he should be let go, but what happens if the fourth trial goes to a hung jury or he gets a not guilty verdict. Then this guy has spent all these years in jail.
