What do "YOU" say Rineyville, do you think a home builder should be "REQUIRED" to have any or all the above mentioned documentation before building YOUR home? Would you be surprised to know Lincoln Trail District does not REQUIRE Licensing or Certification of any home builder?
you bet

What does Lincoln Trail District have to do with the home builders? Isn't that the responsibility of the building inspector's office?

Yet another home builder accused of misleading the public and a government agency. Just maybe one day in the future, A builder will have to be licensed/certified that proves he or she can build homes to KY Codes and Standards. If not then their certification/license could POSSIBLY be suspended or revoked "Taken off the Market" so to speak for a time period until they could demonstrate they could comply with KY Building Codes. Therefore, the "Others" might possibly have the potential of a larger share of the Home Building Market in this time of "Recession" or "Recovery" which ever you determine this time "is" in America's current economic status. Again I am Just Saying.

Ask him Rineyville, if HE thinks all home builders should be licensed and certified. Has he not heard numerous complaints about LaVista Estates, only to say, this happened before my time, it is not my problem to fix. See if he still says that after Rineyville protests this BRAC SEWER-SEPTIC SCANDAL. See if a little media attention toward a scandal gets him to stand up for "his" citizens he is supposed to represent.

Resulting from a C.O.R.R.U.P.T.I.O.N. scandal and coverup linking LaVista Estates and this BRAC Rineyville Waste Water Project and some probable corrupt home builders, I have to agree to Licensing and Certification of all home builders not only in Hardin County but in the whole state of KENTUCKY.

Rineyville and LaVista Estates would you agree that licensing and certification requirements should be placed on any and all home builders --if they want to build a house in KY?
It Will happen

It will happen as a result of a Hardin County Political BRAC SCADAL.

Can you get a word outta him? I bet Tim Hinson does in 2014 elections and this mysterious scandal.

Tim Hinson will run for Hardin County Judge-Executive in 2014 to out this scandal and the corrupt Hardin County Political figures tied to this mystery.

Do you have complete trust in your:

1.Home Builder
2.Building Inspector
3.Plumber
4.Plumbing Inspector
5.Septic System Installer
6.Septic System Inspector
7.Electrician
8.Electric Inspector

If you have doubts in any of the above, would you like to see the builders in KY to be required state certification and licensing?

BRAC scandal exposures should help the military and civilian home owners in the Rineyville area, and shall spread to surrounding counties.

Watch for it.

Does your Magistrate Dwight Morgan have an opinion on this subject?

Or is he unaware that KY does not have such a law yet? Like he claims he is unaware of any BRAC SCANDAL?

His bank CEO's will get an understanding of BRAC SCANDAL.

STATE HOMEBUILDERS CERTIFICATION AND LICENSING LAW:

$400.00 provisional certification and licensing exam for Ky homebuilders (pass/fail)

Complete 5 newly constructed homes that pass all government inspections (plumbing, septic, electric, building, & hvac).

Then:

$500.00 yearly FULL CERTIFICATION AND LICENSING upgrade.

LASTLY:

10 hours of continued educational units annually to MAINTAIN FULL CERTIFICATION as a KY HOMEBUILDER. Hours can be obtained at various building inspectors offices/classrooms across this state as a convenience to homebuilders.

What do Lincoln Trail Area HomeBuilders think?

Whether you are D R or L government corruption and coverups should not be tolerated right Gov B?

My guess is the political dragnet is out there based on info the hodgenville clan divulged to get their sweet deal. Time tells all who gets dragged down in the circle of political corruption surrounding Lincoln Trail Area Development District.

Just talked with someone Wednesday night who worked for a local liquor store who used to plumb houses and did work in this soon to be "historic" subdivision who said that they knew first hand the problems that the BRAC SCANDAL brings forward as true himself witnessing.

As you celebrate your Veterans Day Governor, you must know that the majority if not near total residents living in this "Historic" subdivision are current and/or retired Fort Knox Military families.

You will be hearing from them, this is not going to go away! So celebrate, and Ft Knox families will be watching and listening.
