LaVista Estates-This area has @ least 400 homes & is a "nightmare." Rolling Heights & LaVista Section 1 are in good shape. LaVista Sections 2-6 are problems. Most systems are very shallow with only 6 in. of soil. Approximately 10% failure already in this area due to misuse &/or poor soils. Some lots have not been allowed to build with septic systems. HIGH PRIORITY.
Rineyville-Not to bad. Areas along 1600 have very tight soils. There are more than 400 homes there now. MEDIUM PRIORITY.
Boone Rd.-This area is a "nightmare." Most systems are very shallow. There are considerable # of failures already due to misuse &/or poor soils. Some lots not allowed to build with septic systems. HIGH PRIORITY.
These statements go back as far as April 2005.
Homeowners in LaVista Estates you might recognise the name of your septic system inspector who signed off on your septic system approval as being the same SCOTTYE WHEELING Hardin County Health Department Environmental Supervisor back then and was a senior health environmentalist with same company prior to becoming supervisor.
Now the 15 million Dollar question is: For those of you who currently have or have had a failing septic systems in that subdivision, Do any of you think it could have failed due to installer &/or inspector error and "NOT" misuse &/or poor soils?
Check out the Hardin County Water District # 2 Board Minutes surrounding its Sewer into Rineyville. The project status has all but disappeared. This will be a HOTLY debated topic in the coming months so LaVista Estates residents as well as Rineyvillians residing around LaVista Estates catch a public debate when possible and compare the debates to what you actually in those debates as to what the NEWS ENTERPRISE newspaper actually prints!

Remember if they gloat then they will certainly rear up some unhappy townsfolk.
Will you get your chance to promote, defend, or can your sewer project in Rineyville due to this BRAC SCANDAL exposures to occur in 2014?

Read it and weep if you are a Hardin County politician still denying a SCANDAL exists.

Bring it on, free taps and installations, or we class action sue this state and this county not to mention the Hardin Co. Corrupted Politicians who have covered up this scandal involving corrupt county inspector(s).

Now that your Rineyville Sewer Project's design has been completed, would you please give a press release to the NewsEnterprise newspaper outlining whose homes this project is going to affect. Who are the over 1600 existing homeowners this is going to affect? When is the start-up of this project? Certainly will someone speak about costs to the homeowners in tap fees and installation costs in 2011?
Where you guys @ with your project?

Water District number 2 has no comments regarding placing their sewer project into Rineyville on hold, so I was told. Where did the money go for the project? Did they run out of funding? Just silence from the ones with the answers, yet again. Do they not have to use all the funds for the project by a certain time line or suffer the funding being pulled from the state and or federal government? Is this about to happen? So many questions so little response.
They can not hold the money 4 ever.

Water, water, where' s the sewer? You bet James Jefferies and his ex-pastor cronies and current Water Board Chairman Mike Bell knows plenty, and are puppets to the establishment doing EVERYTHING POSSIBLE trying to keep their mouths shut and not go public announcing the existence of a Hardin County BRAC scandal

Whether you are D R or L government corruption and coverups should not be tolerated right Gov B?

My guess is the political dragnet is out there based on info the hodgenville clan divulged to get their sweet deal. Time tells all who gets dragged down in the circle of political corruption surrounding Lincoln Trail Area Development District.

Just talked with someone Wednesday night who worked for a local liquor store who used to plumb houses and did work in this soon to be "historic" subdivision who said that they knew first hand the problems that the BRAC SCANDAL brings forward as true himself witnessing.

As you celebrate your Veterans Day Governor, you must know that the majority if not near total residents living in this "Historic" subdivision are current and/or retired Fort Knox Military families.

You will be hearing from them, this is not going to go away! So celebrate, and Ft Knox families will be watching and listening.
