Malito, Berry, Rider are all businessmen. Hinson seems to be government. Seems Hinson has certain dislikes about government that are similar to other people I have spoken to. I wonder how he is at balancing a checkbook for the county?

Dear concerned voter. I do want government accountability in Hardin County. As to the checkbook balancing, the magistrates and the county judge-executive will have debates about expenditures and I know a few qualified CPA's around the region. I do appreciate your getting involved and speaking your mind.

This message is for the 1600 plus existing homes in the Rineyville area that will be directly effected by the county run sewer line into Lavista Estates. I have been pushing as many buttons as I can alone to see that everyone gets free taps and free installations of the sewer line due to possible hoodwinking of the government inspector for the health dept. that was responsible for passing the majority of those septic systems in Lavista. I encourage you to contact your current fiscal court members and ask them what they know about my concerns as well as other citizen complaints regarding those systems. Before entering the Judge Executive race I approached Al Rider concerning the situation. My concerns fell on deaf ears, in other words he advised to hire an attorney. instead I sought to run for the J-E position. Within 2 or 3 days Al Rider made a last minute decision to enter the J-E race. My persistance in trying to right a wrong that seems to exist regarding those septic systems has not only cost me my job within the Hardin County Health department, but I can show plenty of surcumstantial evidence that i have been Black Listed or Black Balled throughout the state of Kentucky. The banks say as well as the President says "we want to keep people in their homes" I want to make sure in Hardin County the prospective homeowner recieves a proper building inspection, electric inspection, plumbing inspection, and septic inspection. If you are not getting or have not gotten what you feel was a proper inspection then I want to hold those governing agencies and agents more accountable. Please get involved and vote. Help me get the Water district # 2 to list the pathway that sewer line is going to go. I will do my very best to see the 1600 existing homes are treated with fairness and will push the buttons for free taps and free installations for you 1600 residents. Thank You for your support on May 18th 2010.

Hope to hear from some of you Rineyville citizens @tomorrows Democratic Debate @ 12 noon in the Science Auditorium @ ECTC. I also hope that Mr. Al Rider can make it but I heard 2 weeks or so ago he had other obligations. In case he is a no-show maybe you Rineyville citizens can ask him about his add Sunday April 25, 2010. Where he claims "Everyone Counts" You'll Have A Friend In The Courthouse. Please ask him how "Big" a friend he's gonna be regarding any out of pocket expences you citizens may very well have to incurr in order to be hooked to the County Run sewer line. Is he "Really " gonna go to bat for you all? I can tell you he had a prime opportunity to go to bat for me in trying to get the News Enterprize to do a story on the failing septic systems in one of our largest subdivisions on septic tanks in the county in your rineyville zip code and he would not go to bat for me. Maybe you all can contact him if he does not show for the debate and ask him about it. I would be honored to debate with him in the Rineyville zip code any time before the primary. I say if there was any hint of any wrong doing, bring on that public sewer tomorrow, just don't ask the citizens of Rineyville to have to pay out of their pockets in tap fees and installation fees or we might all get upset might we?

The citizens of Rineyville need also to know that i went to our current Hardin County Judge Executive Harry Berry for support regarding my situation and the failing septic systems in La Vista Estates, he heard my concerns and did little to nothing to help me and in essance did not help the citizens in that subdivision. I approached Judge Berry as well as many other County Judge Executives during a Lincoln Trail District Board of Health Meeting that was held in May of 2007 while I was still working for the health department. These people chose to basically cut the head off the messenger in my opinion because none of them liked the message I was giving. I must ask you all to contact Judge Berry and ask him what he knows about my concerns over those septic systems as well as other citizen concerns. How hard is Judge Berry gonna fight for you Rineyville citizens when it comes time for county sewer taps and installations you may very well have to incurr. I ask you to put Al Rider and Judge Harry Berry in the same room with me as well as you Rineyville citizens and let us hammer out a 15 million dollar issue in front of you in a debate before the Primary Election May 18, 2010. I need your support to clean up this county. So I humbley ask for your vote in the Primary on May 18, 2010. Thank you all

There is only one week until the primary election. Why are the politician and politician wanna B's speaking about the public sewer to Rineyville being expensive but not speaking clearly of estimated figures what are we to expect out of our pockets, will we be forced to disconnect from our septic systems, what is the current rates for sewer taps in Hardin County, What is the going rate in price for foot to pay licensed master plumbers to install sewer line from house or business to the tap, what is the cost for citizens who have to bore under any road ways to hook to a sewer tap, and lastly what do they know about any possibility of improper septic system installations and possible improper inspections leading to catastrophic failures of many septic systems in La Vista Estates, Rineyville being a root cause for the infamous county sewer into Rineyville? Why is no one interested in this including the local newspaper in doing an investigation into who is and or was in the know before it is too late? This is important in who I want representing me in my fiscal court because this is gonna be costly according to the politician wanna B's last night. It is time for those wanting our votes to come clean and tell what they know and what is their plan to help us in this great expensive endeavor.

I see you figured out how to spell Rineyville. I don't believe I would use hinson as a mentor. Try using Google for Hardin County info. Be sure to use Kentucky.

I went to a meeting Monday night in E-town held by the League of Women Voters. It was a meeting for canidates for Maistrates. Questions were written on cards and handed to the Lady asking the questions. Mr. Tim Hinson handed in the first question and Bill Hay asked her for the card. He looked at the card and told her something and the question was never asked. Mr, Hinson's rights were violated. Maby Mr. Hay does the people he repersents like this. Remember this when you vote.

Well, it sounds like a few people have some sense. How are the rest of you going to react when you get your share, and a big share it will be, of this sewer tap fee and the massive destruction and construction of what is now your yard and private property? Hinson knows his stuff, he's been speaking up about this for over 2 years but nobody's listening...shame aon the county for ignoring him!

Most will opt to have a tap installed for the water or sewer. It's voluntary. If you opt out during the construction phase, when and if you decide to connect it will cost 2 to 3 times the orginal amount, why, because of the equipment, time, and personnel. How would you propose they install the water / sewer lines, tunneling maybe. If so let me know. That's what I do. Finally, why is someone usually ignored? For being a ignoramus.

I want to thank you for your support. Congrats to the Perry and Al. You people of the Rineyville zip code know you have someone who will fight for your rights and would be honored to represent you in future endeavers if you do not like what Al Rider, Perry Malito, or Harry Berry are willing to do for you when they finally unveil the Rineyville sewer project.
