...will also be interesting to see what they have to say about how this connects to:

1.Other Developers
2.Other Government Entities
3.Other Homeowners outside LaVista & Hardin County
4.Other Banks
5.Other Banks Stockholders
6.Home Appliance Sales Companies
7.Concrete Manufacturing Companies
8.Lumber Companies
9.Lighting Companies
10.Plumbing Sales Companies
11.Septic System Companies
12.Reality Companies
13.Maybe Even More

Some of the above mentioned entities affected to "SOME" degree because of a little SCANDAL. This SCANDAL breaks WIDE OPEN when RINEYVILLE and LAVISTA RESIDENTS ARE HIT IN DEEP IN THEIR POCKETS FOR A PUBLIC SEWER TO BAIL OUT LAVISTA ESTATES RESIDENTS OVER SHODDY SEPTIC SYSTEM INSTALLATIONS AND GENERAL LACK OF PROPER INSPECTION OF THOSE SEPTIC SYSTEMS BUT YET "GOT THE SIGNITURE OF APPROVAL."

Judge Executive Berry
County Attorney Oldham
Planning Director Huntsinger

All will say: "Not our problem, call somebody else"
Judge Berry may be hiding behind his Secretary Suzanne skirt when he speaks those words.

My offer stands as; " $100 to anyone who can get Couny Office holder to say something different!"

That is where i am going to politely disagree with you there because:

The people listed above as well as so many "other" influential people who sit on different committee's, and belong to different organizations-had to give their vote of approval, disapproval, and or abstain from a vote or was absent when voting was taking place. The WAY inwhich these people voted on certain issues in their committee or organizational meetings will be a matter of public record when the "SH_T HITS THE FAN." This will bring into light "THEIR" involvement in knowing, dealing with, covering up, allowing this scandal to happen. That is when all "TaTa's" will be in the Ringer.

I think you're a little geography challenged.

LaVista Estates is in Hardin County. Look to your left & right; see any junk cars? If not, you can come to my house a see junk trucks at neighbors yard, who is good buddies with Planning/Development Chris Hunsinger. That's why junk trucks remain.

All complaints are responded by the politicians reply: "Not my problem, call somebody else". I'm convinced that County Attorney Jenny Oldham only went to Law School that one day where that lesson as response was taught.

Honestly, would someone somewhere show me anything good that comes out of Hardin County Attorney Jenny Oldham's Office? Please just ONE thing. First you can never (NEVER) get to talk to her. Second, it's always "fill out this form". Third, if/when she replies it's basically I can't do anything about that." type answer. Yet, the front is constantly full of questionable people wanting someone to do something about the baby daddy. Geezz... Planning and Zoning???? Further down my list. Waaaaaaaaaay down at the bottom. The constant smirk on his face showing his power is enough for me to write him off my list.

Mention a name to him that ran in circles with him in the past, first name Tim last name Hinson . They did not, and do not, see eye to eye, on certain issues. This guy, hinson has a large bone to rake planning and zoning over the coals with, in due time. Heard that guy Hinson made alot of county government mad cause he did not swing their way of corruption. It supposedly made waves thru county gov. This dispute is supposed to favor Homeowners.

Actually they are just doing their jobs. Do you think they like all the rules/regulations all the time? No, they don't. Most of them were created basked on the size of city we are and by the mayor/council. Planning and Zoning has almost no control over the regs and just have to follow along same as you do.
As for allowing someone to do soimething and not others they can't control when they flat out tell someone it's not allowed and then they or their contractors go ahead and do it anyway. Do you have any idea how long a process it is to get something like that fixed. It makes them just as angry as it does you, but it has to go through letters and then fines and then the court system if need be to get something fixed.
Please back off of people just trying to do their jobs!!!
They are not just doing their jobs. They think they have a little power and they abuse it

$100 to anyone who can cite example of Hardin County Attorney Jenny Oldham doing anything useful. Exempt throwing Baby Daddies and cold check writers in Jail.

Does Hardin County realize that impact of paying twice 1) septic 2) sewers? You'll have entire subdivisions home values underwater. Refer to "do you approve of Judge Berry" posts.

When entire parts of Hardin County home values are underwater, foreclosures will sky rocket. When that happens: First Federal will finally collapse.
A couple of years ago, I took a friend from another state to a local reception. Everybody first question to him was; "What year did you graduate from E-Town High?" Hardin County needs to grow up & act right. The big boy thing to do is throw out these corrupt politicians: Berry, Oldham, Huntsinger & Wes Wright

Where the freak do you live dummy? Planning and Zoneing was there thru "ALL" steps from the beginning of LaVista. Who do you think was doing who, to let this slip thru the cracks? Let me tell you it did "NOT" slip thru the cracks. It was "ALLOWED" to slip thru the cracks. Planning and Zoneing as well as other county government entities "KNEW" LaVista had the potential to be the largest subdivision on septic systems in the history of Hardin County. I believe it did achieve that status of being the largest subdivision of its time on septic systems, and may still hold that honor. If you are going to allow that kind of developement "YOU HAD BETTER HAVE DONE YOUR HOMEWORK TO PROTECT ITS RESIDENTS AS WELL AS THE RESIDENTS OUTSIDE OF THAT DEVELOPEMENT."

Hardin County Tax Payers who might have had their property taxes increased recently should also go to and read discussions on "Topix Elizabethtown Forum under the discussion topic of "hardin co water dist 2. There is a scandal brewing that you might not want to foot the bill for without raising your voice "BEFORE" it is imposed on you. There are other discussion topics on the subject matter in "Rineyville Forum" as well.

Question; What do you call a thief who steals from a Hospital (Hardin Memorial) to pay for his sins (public corruption payback to friends over sewer scandal)?
Answer;Hardin County Judge Executive Harry L. Berry
Remember that next time you pay taxes, you're probably on the wrong side of corruption

There had better not be a robbing of Hardin Memorial Hospital Surplus funds to the tune of 5.4 "MILLION" dollars to fund BRAC RINEYVILLE. Hardin County Judge Exec. Harry Berry had better not try to take from HMH or use "RECENTLY IMPOSED PROPERTY TAX INCREASES ON ALL HARDIN COUNTY RESIDENTS" to pay for this BRAC SCANDAL in Rineyville.
