I totally agree that this is a ridiculous fashion statement, but passing laws to force people to wear a belt is kind of like Big Brother watching, don't you think? Will we have underwear police walking the streets? Why not pass a law forcing men to wear pants that don't expose their rear ends when they bend down? Now that one would benefit all of us.

From Myrtle Beach - I used to live in NY, and we had the same problem there, especially at Home Depot. Everything is okay until they bend down. The pants are too big.

I have seen wearers with the waistband completely UNDER the cheeks! The entire rear end was out of the pants, covered up by usually-plaid boxers!!!

anti plumbers crack law LOL. I agree with your post. I think the baggy pants thing is ridiculous, but not something we want the government making a ruling on.
