Do you recognize this man? I posted a picture of him today on this site. There are more pictures of him at Dr. Phil’s Web site below. He has amnesia. He must have a family or have worked with someone that would recognize him. He thinks he may have been from Indiana, but was apparently left in very bad condition near Savannah, GA. Please help.
