As a proud member of D.A.M.M.( Drunks against mad mothers ) I predict that no matter what the penalty is for DWI this will be a problem for as long as there are people and liquor on the same planet. What ever happened to the device that wouldn't let your car start before it measured a safe blood-alcohol level??

And please can someone explain to me why the cell-phone laws aren't being enforced? At least 50% of the drivers on the road are on the phone, WTF is going on?
