Throw him in a cell with Heidgen (or however you spell that creep's name).

Has life on L.I. gotten so bad that people have to drink so much?

He is pleading not guilty because he doesn't remember a thing. Most drunks don't remember what they did the night before.

Wow! He popped a lawyer! Mixed feelings on this one, sort of like your mother in law driving of a cliff in your new car.

This is true, which proves it had to be just an 'accident'.

Ever think that a drunk is too drunk to know he's getting behind the wheel to drive? We have laws in place to protect one from themselves (seat belts) but nothing in place to protect one from "someone" else. How about mandatory breathalizer activated ignitions? The first ones to object would be "prominent" attorneys.....aren't they all prominent!!!!

No you are the idiot, which is quite apparent from most of your posts. If you had actually read what was written you would have noticed that I was not saying he was be treated too harshly. As a matter of fact I think all drunk drivers should be treated harshly. I was saying that this person is being treated harsher (not too harsh) than most. They should have be treated harshly. Next time read before you react, or are you too stupid?
