I understand if they come up and say they want to have sex with your child and wanting to shoot them but you have to think you are still going to jail. If they didn't actually try anything you are at fault. call the cops with a descripttion of what he looks like and tell them where he lives. Don't make a mistake that your child will pay for in the end. Now it's a different story if the guy touched or tried to touch your child and you saw it, hell I would shoot him myself. But until then please just call the police. Well it is true the police can not touch him now but at least they would be notified of it. You can't just shoot him either. He would have to be in the house and I highly doubt anyone will let him that far. Just keep the kids away from him and tell them if they see him to run home or to a friends house.
