Chief deputy: Double murder victims died from 'blunt force trauma'

Right now, we're open to anything Nicholas County authorities have released how the victims in a double homicide died, but said no suspects have identified. via Register-herald.com

Anita if your dad is so upset and crys everyday because his little girl is dead and no one will tell him anything, tell him to put some money in the April Moore Reward Fund at First Community Bank, and maybe the reward will get someone to talk. Wonder when he talked to her last? Or sent her money for christmas or birtdays. Let him make up for all those times he missed by helping build up the reward to catch these killers. I know all about Aprils and Bobbys dad. Heard it all from both of them. I feel sorry for Aprils mom who worked and raised her kids with no help. Sorry no pitty for your brother here.

Aprils dad is not my dad he is my brother and i hate to say this but if Rose would not have had him locked up every time he came to see April and Bobby then wayne would have seen them more and would have been there for them both. i love rose like a sister but i know what went on there. plus April and Bobby knows the truth about what went on too.

Get over it people! This is suppose to be here to help find a murderer and bring closure to a grieving family...not to start slinging blame for things done in the past! What's done is done...lets focus all this negative energy into helpful suggestions that may lead to an arrest or conviction of a murderer....that I must remind you is still free walking amongst us as you sit and read this. Well Concerned Citizen, april was very special to me. And I can say what I want on here. But you are right about one thing this is about finding the killers and not bickering. So sorry Anita I have just been mad I guess at everyone because it seems nothing at all is being done. Just my thoughts on the matter. I have even contacted the Prosecuting Attorney about offering a Reward, They only have so much funds to do this and right now they have a reward out for someone who hit the wife of a DNR officer over the head with a brick, she fought him off and he ran, that was 3 years ago. So if he can see if they have any funds and how long he has to hold that reward, he will call me back and see if they can offer a reward themselves. He also has to talk to the police that are investigating this case also, but I don't see them helping either. It's up to Mr.Delps family and friends and Aprils family and friends to raise this reward. so far we are not doing so good. But thanks to anyone that has contributed to the fund. We need every penny we can raise.

i am sorry to but not all of this is on david, aprils dad. we do need to find the killer, and i have tryed to talk to the bank and they didnt tell me anything eighter. i want to give some money. can i send it to rose and then she can put it in the bank. i am still crying everyday and i still cant talk to anyone up here about what happened. i dont know if i will ever be able to talk about what happened to april. i live in wisconsin and i dont hear anything. i have tryed to talk to my councler about all this but when i do i freeze up. i love you rose and bobby

Anita, I just emailed you. And no I wouldn't send the money to Rose, you can mail a check made out to April Moore Reward Fund and it will go right into the the account. Like I said on the other forum to the man who also wanted to put money in the account and the bank wouldn't tell him anything. I don't know if people are worried about where the money is going or who is going to get it or what the questions they have the bank won't tell them. But it can't be taken out of the bank unless Both me and the non family member both have to sign the check for the reward, I can't take out the money without his signature and he can't take it out without mine. Some want Rose to have the money if we never find the killers and give the reward, thats ok with me, but I think maybe a scholarship in Aprils name at the High School would be nice too. But If more people think Rose should get it, then thats fine. But right now the money, what little we have so far is staying in the bank for as long as it takes to offer the reward, or someone confesses to the killing and they sure won't get the reward, then we can decide what to do with the money then. Right now we are far from having enough to even offer a Reward. But Anita if I were you, I would either write a check or get a money order and make it out like I said above and mail it to the bank. I would not send it to Rose not meaning she would just spend it, but to make sure it goes towards the reward, send it to the bank, my nephew wanted to send me some money to put in the fund, I told him no, write a check like I told you, and he could send that to me and I would deposit it for him. But make it out to the Reward fund not me. I want people to know we want the money in the bank not sent to me or the family. April Moore Reward Fund send to First Community Bank Richwood, wv 26261 Only bank in town, so don't think you would even need to put a box number or street address. Small town, I get mail with just my first and last name and richwood wv and I get it. Even without my address on it.

I knew April all my life.We grew up together and I hope they catch who did this.She did not deserve to have this happen to her.I dont live there anymore so I dont here about anything that goes on.If you could please keep me informed.I wrote to Rose and I plan on staying in touch with her.She still needs alot of prayer for her and her family.She needs alot of support to help her get through this terrible tragedy that should never happened.

I know what it is to loose a child like this...I have heard rumors that the same person and/or persons were also behind the murder of Elizabeth Spinks of Birch River on October 31, 2007...what are police doing about this? The same as your situation...NOTHING!!!!! None of her family are financially able to offer a reward...I sure bet the rats would come out of the woodwork if there was a reward...They hope that people will just forget about things and then they can just write off these cases and the others and just being unsolved...We need to get the FBI, CNN News and anyone else we can interested in these cases so they won't be swept under the rug and forgotten about...We all Need justice for our loved ones...

I knew April for years. Actually, I grew up with her as really part of my family.
It is devastating what some people will do to another human being. April was a really sweet girl. The harsh truth is that the police proabably aren't that concerened with finding the murderes. To them, it is just another druggie of the street and their tax dollars. They don't see someone's little girl or sister. i am not being judgemental here. I am speaking from experience. Someone in my family was murder, and their murderer only served six months in jail....the law sucks....

Yes, it does suck when that person may still be out there and there's no one in this world trying to help find the person except her mother "Rose" whom lives down the street from me. & to this day, she still wonders about her little girl, & when she walks into foodland and STILL sees that reward up on the poster wall, you can tell it still hurts and always will.
