You have to love our 4 million dollar homeless activity center.

Normal people steer wide and clear from the feces fountain and the homeless habitat.

A great example of liberalism gone bad!!

What a classic eyesore for visitors and tourists.

It seems the 4 million dollar "improvements" to City Plaza hasn't kept the homeless away as was intended.
