Wonder what kind of yeild the farmers would get without the water.

Those who profit most from the fish protection measures should bare some of the cost of the rice loses. Rice farmers should also warm the water on a fallow field.

We all profit the most from fish protection measures. The salmon runs over the years having been dropping lower and lower every year. Besides would the growers then be compensated for their loss by State Water Project and then again in their subsidaries from the Government?
