Who was at fault? My guess would be the driver of the vehicle passing in a blind spot! Hope Leslie and her cat are reunited soon!

This is just horrific. I hope the young woman's Family accepts my heartfelt wishes and prayers and thoughts for her complete recovery with minimal consequences. I am a Feline-Adorer and pray for the Cat's well being as well. Please take good care of this people. Please let this be a lesson. I am always terrified on those two lane highways in the Chico area with those vehicles rushing towards you and those in a hurry vehicle drivers behind you and the terror of trying to simply get to one's destination. I am thankful that you posted that picture of the victim. If it helps others to see what they do then I am positive she will be ok with it.
Again, my heartfelt prayers.

Give thanks to all the no progress, environmental wacko's who will not allow the state to widen a road that needed widening 20 years ago. There must be a beaver pond in the way...
