Economy gaining strength

While on a trip to Pismo Beach (central coast) this last weekend I observed significant amounts of construction of new homes and commercial buildings in Hollister, Salinas, King City, Paso Robles, Atascadero, San Louis Obispo, Pismo Beach and all the communities around Pismo.

I found it interesting that the occupancy rate of existing structures was roughly 90 -95%.

On my return trip I checked Avenal and Coalinga and while I didn’t see a lot of new construction, I didn’t see a lot of empty/vacant buildings/storefronts in those towns.

There may be pockets of weakness butt from what I say firsthand the economy is getting better.

The truth is that there are a few pockets of strength in the California economy, but on the most part (especially in most of Nor Cal.) things are still very bad.
California economy will likely be in bad shape for years to come..........

Meanwhile, the forecasts of years-long economic stagnation puncture hopes of Capitol politicians that a sudden economic resurgence would lift the burden of either imposing new taxes or making deep spending cuts to close the state’s unsustainable budget deficit
There is no light yet to be seen at the end of this economic tunnel.

I think that what scares me the most about her is that she doesn't understand the English language. Yes, unemployment is still high, butt not as high as it was. An unemployment rate of say 11% is an improvement over a rate that was say 15%.

And they let people like her vote. Kind of scary!

You can continue to paint the turd gold and claim it to be valuable, but casual readers know the truth.
They must deal with the high prices at stores, and high fuel prices, and higher taxes, lack of opportunity in Calif......and the high poverty rates, and the high unemployment..and nothing can succeed mostly because of Calif. huge public debt.
and you do it because you want to make your liberal leaders look good.....
when in fact, Calif. is.......struggling to stay even...just like most of the remainder of the Country.

While at 7-11 getting some gas for my Prius, I noticed some kids buying xlarge slurpees. Not the small ones they had been purchasing.

I then saw a person buy a kingsize candy bar, not the regular sized one.

I say firsthand the economy is improving!

Ps what a dumbass!

Wow! Instead of being a "casual reader", you and your fellow lemmings need to get serious about what you read.

Unemployment rates in CA are inching downward. Employment rates are inching upward.

Overall, the economy in CA is improving.

With your pessimistic view, why are you in the United States of America?

Why don't you move to a country where slavery and indentured servitude are legal?
you re still a moron

The Federal Reserve also said that the economy expanded at a "moderate Pace" in most of the Country between early July and late August, also....

LOCO's, SOCIOPATH's and MEXITROLL's credibility could not sink any further because they never had any credibility in the first place...
