Scott Walker promised phenomenal job groth if only he could destroy unions and roll back worker protections in his state. Well guess what, he lied.

"Wisconsin gained 28,141 private-sector jobs in 2013, a 1.2% increase, and the state ranked 37th in the pace of job creation. In 2012, Wisconsin was 36th; it was 35th in 2011."

In another couple of years Wisconsin will probably be dead last in job creation. When are repubicans going to realize that if you don't pay workers decent wages they don't have money to by products?

Good post. And you probably know that Walker is also under scrutiny for campaign funding illegalities, where his emails clearly showed that he was working directly with Karl Rove's super-PAC. Even under the ridiculously lax Citizens United laws this is illegal.

It's interesting that another republican "mainstream" presidential candidate, Chris Christie, has even worse issues. Since Christie took office, his state of New Jersey is tied with Mississippi for 48th place in state private job growth. Just like Walker, Christie pushed against unions, and took the austerity economic path. He had promised that this conservative austerity program would lead to huge economic success.

Uhh, not so much. Tied with Mississippi at 48th place in job creation.

Will FACTS ever enter into righties' minds? Scott Walker and Chris Christie followed the conservative agenda of giving more tax breaks to the very-rich and to corporations, while laying off teachers and police-- which according to conservative mythology was supposed to create great wealth and tons of jobs.

And it didn't work. So now these failures want to run for president. My God.

Gramps/Solution,

Yep, he's the same one who has shafted working people in his state. His legal problems are far from over, same for Christie.

And what's up with goofy, I even posted a link. Oh well, he's been acting even stranger than usual lately.

Back at you later.
