Face it Peeps. We have an Oligarchy here, NOT a Democracy. Even the State recognizes that, relies upon it, with decisions relating to District Boards. Though not Fascism, Dictatorship, or Tyranical Rule, I'd prefer the communist cousin Socialism to Oligarchy-- it Seems to be working out in Euro OK: Education, Healthcare, Housing, Transporation, currency fluctuation control and yes, Budget.(but boy do they spat in Parliament :) See Finland: they still give Dads what, 6 months maternity leave with the government blessing too. CRCSD BOE= Oligarchy. Let's Bring Back good 'ol American Democracy- those Founding Fathers would want it that way. No?
