VDOT employee reprimanded for referring to drivers as "stupid"

When traffic on Interstate 95 in Richmond was at a standstill last week, with all but one lane closed, calls to 911 dispatch started pouring in after a metal plate shifted over the Robin Hood Road Bridge and damaged several cars.

“It doesn`t sound like he`s concerned about the safety of us drivers out here, especially on I-95,” said another driver, Melanie Alexander.

Do you think if they cared, they would have hidden $1.4 BILLION in road repair funds from Tim Kaine and the citizens of Virginia?

VDOT is a storied stiff horse. They suck the very blood out of the taxpayers. We don't need those lazy bums doing the same old thing all the time and expect a different result. Over half of the vdot employees need to retire and move outta the way so a younger crop of workers can take over...hiring at a lower pay-scale.
