He lived in Nelson county back in 2000 then went to federal prison for 7 yrs. came out and married Janice with whom he lived in Buckingham county, then married Anne, who he lived with in Orange county,VA. he was picked up in 2010 and sent back to federal prison for 7 months in PA. look under federal inmate finder to confirm this. HE might now be in Ennis , Montana.
