1) Install handles on cabinets
2) Replaced shoe molding as should have been
3) Amos cut the gap to wide under exterior utility room door
. Much air leakage under door.
4) Smoke detector was never put back.
Reinstalled smoke detector.
When I discovered all of the above I called Mr. Amos many times and left messages for him to call ne. I called 4 times in one day and no return. I went to his home the next day and his wife told me he had been in bed all day the day before on his phone and there was no reason not to call me. My partner called him several times and his calls were not returned.
I hand carried the summons to his home and apologized to his wife that it had to come to this. Still no call.
I have always treated him fairly and paid him before I was paid. This could have been worked out but no call.
In my opinion I don't guess I should expect any more for someone with 11 judgments totaling over $237,000.00
I will still meet at the Hopewell News office to discuss a payment arrangement. Call Me.

I have talked with several people about the bad work Amos does. In my opinion I would not hire him.
