Richmond's Lee Monument Circle Plagued With Wrecks

The Lee Monument Circle at Monument Avenue and North Allen Avenue in Richmond has been plagued by a string of accidents.

MLK got the better deal and even his own national holiday. what did skunk Lee get....a stupid looking piece of marble on monument ave. in richmond. oh yea, the world honored a great humanitarian and historical figure like MLK.
