WOW! You must be related to the suspect. I understand you want to defend him, but making fun of other people isn't going to change the fact that your brother/nephew/cousin was the one responsible for this innocent victim's life. Maybe instead of getting on the internet and posting these idiodic messages you should find some way to help the victims family. Possibly donate money to help out for the holidays...? Just a thought.

Elizabeth Oliver,
Your crazy, sick & cowardly relative committed this horrific crime and you have the nerve to defend him!!! Perhaps you will feel the same pain the victim's family feels when your worthless cousin/nephew/grandson--or whoever he is to you-- is sentanced to death. May he suffer terribly for the rest of his miserable life.

i used to go to Westwood college for computer network engineering and he was a very familiar day to day face. Steven happened to have a little over half of my classes with me. I interacted with him 2-3 times only, one of em was when he asked if id like to go out with him sometime. I turned him down just cause something didnt click. Definitely wasn't any chemistry. He wasn't rude but just off. His aura was grey and he was also very quiet. When asked questions in reading or writing class he was very pessimistic. I guess it's what you'd expect?

I remember the day they announced the murder through out the school. The dean/principle or whatever went class to class explaining the horrible event. Melissa worked in the Library and I worked in the career development department. She was very popular and very well liked. I layed eyes on her maybe twice and a couple days later her passing was announced.

In reading and writing class, the teacher was a small black woman who was nice but also strict. we all had computers and Steve was in the one row ahead and 2 seats to my left. We all day in and day out chose the same places to sit. I remember that day the announcement was made, the day of the murder.. he was there when they announced Melissa's violent passing. I remember thinking earlier that day.. He's as white as a ghost , and I felt the paranoia coming off of him. When i for some reason look back on all that happened that day and all the signs that were there, it was soooo crazy. Sounds dramatic but..its the gods honest truth.

He later came by my cubicle in the career development center. Class was out and i immediately have to report for my shift. He came in thru the glass doors. He walked up but was looking past me like looking for someone in the back. He stopped in front of me and then looked down at me and once again.. he was pale white, like he had seen a ghost and also had the look of nausea and emptiness. I asked him if I could help him and he starred at me for a good 5 seconds and said no. it was sooo awkward. I just sat there. He turned around and left.

It was a friday. He had commited the murder on the morning and gone to school that same day.

Even that morning there were other classmates who were wondering what the hell was wrong with him. That day he was being an unfiltered mouth asshole, not to me but I could hear him with his buddies. I specifically remember my friends michael and his brother whos name i forgot, sorry! if you're reading this, saying things like wtf is wrong with him and yatah yatah yatah.. I didn't pay too much attention cause we didn't even know about the murder yet.

I can't believe that evil was so close to all of us that day. It changed me forever, till this day I still think about how nice and beautiful Melissa was. a real joy when she walked in the room. The couple times i saw her she was laughing with someone.
Rest in Peace Melissa.
