I just wondered what anyone has heard about this case? Case net appears that the last hearing was continued and it looks like the next hearing is schedule in August in Carroll County. I don't see where a change of venue was requested, and I don't know that I see the need for a change of venue.
I just wanted to see what anyone has heard.

The PA did not have it together...again
Had to ask for a recess// continuance.
Ken Nolker got on the stand and said that the deputy had permission to sign checks in his absence. OOPS! There got 4 count of forgery out the window. Apparently all that is left is a single note to convict on the stealing charge. About a 1 1/2 hour Jury trial with 15 minutes of deliberations.
Court resume Thursday 1:30pm

She did have permission to sign checks, but not permission to sign checks that should have never been written. He trusted her to do her job not write checks to split between a friend. Im no lawyer but in my opinion that is still forgery.

I am worried. I know Mr. Nolker turned her in, and that is great, but I just hope that he does not back track now.

Now that some more details have come out in the paper, anyone care to comment, or have we forgotten about this case already.

9am. Plattsburg, Mo. CLINTON County. 43rd Judicial Circuit. 11-5-2012. The prosecutor better not drop the ball on this one! Time for someone to finally face the consequences of choosing to ignore life's most basic lesson! And folks, she obviously chose to ignore that lesson.

My thought is Nolker needs to be voted "OUT" of office and alot of Wrong doing would stop. Any idea how many people he is in charge of and cleans out there estate. Check before you vote!

Your absolutely correct Nolker needs voted out, I don't believe he turned Felicia Leslie in because I'd say he knew what she was doing there is a witness to the fact that Kenneth Nolker when he had a property and belongings he got control over and was selling he told Felicia Leslie to go take what she wanted from these properties and he was doing the same it's been known for years that he steals from the elderly not only their money but any belongings they have he wants. Felicia Leslie doesn't appear to be worried about any of thecharges against her probably because the good old boys will protect her they are all thieves. Felicia Leslie's husband Stephen I believe had and possibly has a drug problem perhaps she needed the money she stole for drugs.

Get Real everybody whose lived in Ray county will tell you the good old boy network protects each other and fills each others pockets. She's guilty and should be convicted and put in jail to serve time maybe she will end up old and stuck away and someone will steal from her.
