What little mom and pop store. Did you not read the newspaper story. The business Madison Drug is owned by Spencer Drug Corporation.

Google it fools.
So a guy opens a second pharmacy and he is no longer a mom & pop pharmacy? It is normal for a business owner to incorporate his/her business. It's just a legal way of separating your personal property from your business so you can't lose your car & DVR if you go under. He owns another pharmacy in Irvin. He is definitely an independent small business owner (that's fancy talk for mom & pop shop)

I somehow think that CVS would piss and moan if any competition opened anywhere near them. The fact that the new folks offer great service and even deliver is a slap in the CVS Face.

I've been a certified pharmacy tech for 12 years. They do not make a .5 mg nor a 5 mg. Max strength is .3 mg. nice try though.

Do you people live in a cave? M&M sold out to CVS and signed a no compete agreement during the sale. Now that means they cannot open a pharmacy withing 10 miles of CVS. This is a normal arrangement.

When they reopened another pharmacy they violated the agreement and there is no way they won doing that. No compete means exactly what it says. They shall lose and CVS will reclaim much of the 1.3 million it paid to make them close.

Not to mention that CVS purchased the property on the next block and are building like crazy the new CVS 6 times the size of the current store.

As an independent observer, M&M owners broke the no compete agreement and must be closed down.

But here is the ass kicker for you fools. None of the aforementioned places can hold a candle to Meijer's
