CVS is downtown. Who lives downtown anymore? Does CVS deliver, does the replacement to M&M deliver? It is all about SERVICE. CVS, do you want me to spell it out for you- SERVICE is what it is all about. Now, didn't I see something about WALGREENS coming to Richmond? Wonder if CVS has an escape clause from their lease in the DEAD DOWNTOWN of Richmond? Just my casual observation.

I hear Madison dilievers. I'd say they have the service extremely helpful. They gave me much needed info about the med way more then the doc did. Love the am so thankful for the pharmacist.

I think it's pretty pitiful that a huge company like CVS is claiming to be damaged by a little mom and pop type pharmacy. Shame on them!

Illegal activity regardless if conducted by a "mom and pop" owned or "corporate"is wrong. Being paid for something allowed or not allowed is the same as being paid for a job your hired to do....and never doing it... Pretty much the same as stealing in a round about way. That's what I have gathered from this article anyway.

You can be sure that the corporate giant like CVS will try to screw the little guy. They should be ashamed. Hate CVS anyway.

What "truth" wrote is not proven and I cannot believe it to be true. Maybe CVS needs to ask why they cannot keep customers and stop blaming the tiny new store down the street.

What little mom and pop store. Did you not read the newspaper story. The business Madison Drug is owned by Spencer Drug Corporation.

Google it fools.

The CVS Pharmacy is on property owned by the Luxon-Durham Crime Family. Kay Cosby Jones used to be a pharmacist at CVS and she was "rumored" to have 5 gallon buckets full of 'pilfered' pills where prescriptions were "shorted" in their pill count. Friend of mine still has video surveillance of one of the CVS Pharma Techs buying/selling to a known drug dealer outside the Robinson Terrace Housing Project several years ago. I guess the Amateur Pharmacists & the CVS employee didn't know that there were cameras pointing out the windows of that little store that used to be there on the corner outside the Terrace. Can't wait for the Walgreens to show up in Richmond and straighten out the Prescription problems in Richmond.

I cannot wait for WALGREEN to come to Richmond. Good quality competition just might be the kiss of death for CVS.

You had better count your pills in your rx if you get them filled at CVS I have came up short several times along with at least 2 friends of mine. I switched pharmacies. That place went to hell in a hand basket when Pat Reister left.

If Madison Drug needs to relocate because of this BS Lawsuit, I hope they rent space right across the street from CVS and PROSPER. Too many available spaces available in Richmond for CVS to try and dominate the downtown market area.
