Why do paranormal investigators always turn off all the lights when doing their investigation after the people told them they had the "hauntings" and "experiences" happen at all hours of the day? Do you think ghosts only come out when the lights are off? Seriously..what makes someone an expert at paranormal investigations? A hand-held device that lights up either from (a) body heat (b) high current from electrical lines or outlets? There is no such thing as a device that can tell when "spirits or ghosts" are present. If anybody hires these people, the only thing you have are bats in your belfry.

hey freddy- you need to watch TAPS on Scifi. They use a infrared camera and yes they do capture images. Need to get out and experience some. Now, somethings could be a hoax but I am a firm believer in a the camera and the evp.

I watch it religiously and I have busted some of their 'finds'. Why do you think I asked the question about turning off all the lights. With all the electronics waves floating around due to wifi, cell phone towers, satellite dishes, etc., those EVPs are pretty darned suspicious. It's entertaining but not really believeable. One other thing: when you have some of the investigators wearing glasses, they will always see "shadows" and other things from the reflection in their lenses. That is the main reason I switched to contact lenses years ago. Also, if you try hard enough, you will always see something that isn't there. If the show always found nothing, it wouldn't be a hit show now would it?

It's called an over active imagination. If you believe it to be haunted or scary, it will be.

Me and a couple other people were goofin around with a lame ol Ouija board one night. Those things are a joke when they come from a department store. Anyway, we didn't hear anything or see anything while sitting there but.. we were video taping it the whole time. At one point in the video, everything got blurry like something was standing in front of the camera. Even the sound got weird. Then, as plain as day, you hear a girl whisper, "How did you get here?" It is the creepiest thing I've ever heard. Then after she says that, the film is still blurry for a short moment and then all goes back to normal. I've always believed in and been interested in the paranormal. After having that on film... there are no doubts!

The head on the recorder was bad, blurred the video and distorted the audio...case solved!

I invite you to come on Sunday morning! It's not scary at all around 10:00 a.m. for Sunday School or 11:00 a.m. for Morning Worship. Seriously, it's not haunted. God Bless!:)

Everybody is looking for head...nothing paranormal about that. As a matter of fact, it seems pretty "normal".

The bible does say demons roam the earth in the last days. that can be whatever you take it to be. however, does it prove the haunting in conneticuit? or what about other known facts of the other side. I do think that some spirits to go to heaven but some of the bad ones and then some of the other ones do not cross over. there is an inbetween world, i think, maybe I am wrong but in some instances true demons roam the earth.

Ask around about the Karnes place. I would give you the location but it was fenced in back in the late 60's after the last group of people went out there and never came back. I will tell you when you find someone that will give you the address, don't cross inside the fence. I doubt if you could since it's 18 feet tall with razor edge wire all over it, but it's been 42 years since I was there, so I don't know what shape it is in now.
But the place is dangerous. 17 people have went there to "see" the strange things, and none have ever been heard from again. The government even had some scientist look into the place in 1964, and nothing was reported except the base showed up and fenced the place in. There used to be military guards out there on patrol keeping people away, but that was a long time ago, and you don't here of it much any more. But it's still there, I can see it with binoculars from the back of my place, but I would not goback for anything.
Is whatever took those people still there? I have no idea. I was going to tell you what happened out there originally. But my wife just told me I was foolish for telling you all what I have already mentioned, so if you do locate the location, don't go there. But being young and brave, if you do actually go, just beware, and be careful. The place is dangerous.

Just research it and stay away.

I was here in 58 when she did what she did. I was also here in 61 when the first group of boys went missing, and again in 63 with that second group. I was on scene when the military installed that fence, and I remember well the events of those days.

I cannot believe that you would tell someone to research this. Are you insane? Don't you know what happened there? Don't you care?

<quoted text>im not the only one intrested in this story.

It was 1958 in her boarding house in Southern Madison County when Ms Lilliam Baines Karnes decided for whatever reason to take the 4 guest she had and kill them. She then proceeded to kill her 2 children and then hang herself.

A couple years later some guys decided to go to the house where this happend, all that was ever found was their blood scattered all around the front porch. A few years later some high school kids followed in the path of the first group and went there. After 3 days the officials went out and all that was there of those kids were their eyes, lined up in a row across the edge of that porch. Nothing else was ever found.

It's been said that no one who goes there ever returns. Now 17 local people and those 2 specialist from the military later it appears the story is right. So stay away from that property. As for the location, I will not say. And I hope you cannot locate it. It's been hidden all these years and needs to remain hidden from all people.

I know from experience when i was 12 years old that demons do exist. I can't make you take my word for it and make you believe me but after that experience I've always wondered about life after death and what else I could see if I just looked for it. Thats why I became a paranomal investigator.
