Drug peddlers and users are everywhere. No one bar, or any other public venue, is more prone to it than others, and no place is wholly immune to it, either. Hick bars and hole-in-the-wall places tend to be a bit more infested - Blue Moon & Whiskey Barrel are quite popular with that sort of crowd.
But regardless of where you go, it's happening. Whether drugs are sold or consumed in the parking lot or the bathroom or in plain sight, or if patrons merely show up high, rest assured it's happening, and has been for years.
This area has a ridiculously high drug abuse problem - whether it's pain pills or misused cold medicines being used to make meth. It's a source of cash for drug companies, crooked pain clinics, and for med card-carrying resellers on fake disabilities looking to cash in, and for any other deadbeat that can't/won't find or work a straight job. This sort of shady dependant mindset has been so commonplace for so long that generations are now coming of age that were born into it, see it as the norm, and are damn near doomed to follow their shitty parents' examples.
So the answer is: Any bar, any workplace, and nearly anywhere you look, if you pay attention.
First of the month is coming, so expect the usual surge, as all the government check drawers rush out to blow other people's tax dollars on their drug habits and misguided social efforts. Pay close attention to how many perfectly healthy looking people well below retirement age are suddenly out and about, but are presently home and broke and trying to get by for a few more days, hitting up the ER complaining of this and that, hoping to score a pill. It's sad and ridiculous.
