I think I must be reading the wrong translation of the Bible.... In my version, Jesus believed in caring for the sick (a Democratic principle), He was a teacher and a carpenter (both working class "unionized" Democratic jobs these days), Hell, His primary mode of transportation was a donkey (the symbol of the Democratic Party)!
Don't tell me all Democrats are going to Hell just because we believe in PERSONAL LIBERTY and that ALL MEN WERE CREATED EQUAL and are entitled to protection of LIFE, LIBERTY, and , PROPERTY!!
In my opinion, you and the rest of the ilk are in for a surprise. You and every other piece of shit Democrat will burn in hell for sin against God. So take your homosexuality, baby killing, communistic ways and wait for God to send your dumb asses straight to hell.. Burn Trash Burn!!!

"In my opinion, you and the rest of the ilk are in for a surprise. You and every other piece of shit Democrat will burn in hell for sin against God." Hell yeah. Tell us more scary stories about your space ghost.

"So take your homosexuality" Uh oh, we have another Ted Haggard here.

"baby killing" The god of the Bible slaughters a lot of babies. Isn't He your role model?

"communistic ways" Early Christianity (and some forms today) were communistic.

Next you'll tell me I can't be a in a labor union and also be a unicorn.

Uh oh. One of those is a real thing, the other a man-made, silly little myth... maybe I'm on the wrong thread?

(Re-checking)

Nope, right one.

No law against what? And I don't recall saying that there is a law against something.

Let me dumb this down for you stupid. You said hell is not real. An ignorant statement. So I pointed out that because you were ignorant, that being ignorant is not against the law.

Now please shut up stupid.

The first amendment offers freedom of religion not freedom of no religion, so in one sense it could be illegal to be an atheist or atleast legal to descriminate against and prosecute atheists.
Our resident atheist isn't in jail so he isn't a true atheist. He has to believe in something whether it is karma or simply goodness for goodness sake. Possibly even himself as his own personal deity. To be truly atheist, one would have to be the most hedonistic monster imaginable having total disregard for law and social standards.

"You said hell is not real. An ignorant statement." No more ignorant than saying that the Tooth Fairy, Easter Bunny or Santa Claus are not real, or is the jury still out on those?

"So I pointed out that because you were ignorant, that being ignorant is not against the law. Now please shut up stupid" But because you believe in silly, mythical beings and places, you're in no position to make such judgements.

"The first amendment offers freedom of religion not freedom of no religion, so in one sense it could be illegal to be an atheist or atleast legal to descriminate against and prosecute atheists." First, the Supreme Court catagorized atheism as a "religion" in order to protect atheists from ignoramuses such as yourself. Second, there is no justification for such an interpretation, because many of the Founders were agnostics and deists, non-religious.

"Possibly even himself as his own personal deity." That would as ridiculous as following whatever sky god you believe in.

"To be truly atheist, one would have to be the most hedonistic monster imaginable having total disregard for law and social standards." You're getting reason, intelligence and education confused with Bronze Age mythology. If you try to literally follow the Bible, you will wind up in prison.

As the churches have repeatedly said you cannot be a Democrat, and believe their ideas and still try to say you are a Christian.
It is only possible in your own minds. But God knows, so vote for the Democrats and find yourself explaining to God why.
The entire Democratic party has placed themselves on a slow boat to hell. So change your ways, or burn baby burn.
I have even heard of churches asking the congregation if they are Democrat and if so to please vacate the premises so as not to bring undue influence to the decent people.
You cannot have a brain and make a statement like that.

I too am a registered Democrat. But that does not mean I vote with them. No Sir, I am doing all I can to not be sent to hell. And sorry, but the Democrats are sure going to be sent there for one thing or another. Whether it be baby killing or homosexuals, either way the ticket is the same.

Burn baby burn.

If you think that you either do not know what Jesus taught, do not know what Libertarians really are and stand for.

I suggest you read Murray N. Rothbard's THE ETHICS OF LIBERTY, which is the bible of Libertarian philosophy. Pay careful attention to the part where he says that parents should be allowed to abandon unwanted children and let them starve to death. Then reconcile that to what Jesus said in the New Testament. Libertarianism is in fact Satanism.
