I would probably not buy tires there again due to the poor service. Very difficult to schedule an appointment for service of the tires...when they did rotate them they failed to balance them. Another appointment on my busy schedule.

They are SO SLOW.You sit there for hours before anyone comes out and tells you what your problem is. I would prefer Evans.

ive never had any bad experiences there when ive had my vehicle serviced. the guys at the counter are always friendly and helpful and the guys in the shop are knowledgeable and seem to get the job done as quickly as possible. the place seems to be pretty well ran and from having my vehicle t several other garages i can say that they have one of the best service managers in town. not trying to offend anyone here, just throwing my opinion out there.

well pleased-from past exeriences i know that they usually wont balance someones tires unless you ask for them to do so. if you fail to ask for the service you probably arent going to get the service...just sayin.

arnelle-sometimes they do take a while to get someones vehicle in especially when the technicians are backed up but i do know that they accept drop-offs and if in town they can usually get a ride to home or work if someone is available.

Evans over charges and they tried telling me that I needed $1,500
of work done, I got a second opinion and it was only $350. Not sure if this has happened to anyone else.

I have taken my car there several times over many years. I have had to have them replace things they fixed just one day after such as my power steering pump. Once They messed up 3 times in 2 days and almost blew up my new car, after they came and towed it, he had the nerve to tell me it was costing them money to fix it but he would have to call it a loss, because if not I would have sued the $hit out of them and won. They have no idea what they are doing. Another time I called for an estimate to fix a radiator hose I was given an estimate of over $300 just for labor because I bought my own parts. Well I called several places around town and the highest estimate price given to me was $60. Go figure.
GOODYEAR IS A RIP OFF AND IF YOU GO THERE YOU ARE THROWING YOUR MONEY AWAY AND WILL BE LIED TO ABOUT OTHER PROBLEMS THEY MADE UP TO GET MORE OF YOUR MONEY. They are one of these places that will mess with your car just to get more of your business a short while later. Just a word to the wise. The most common lie they will feed you is about your breaks and rotors. BEWARE. After all these problems I can assure I will never go there again.

A friend went there when they were on Big Hill ave. He showed me a bill where he had them to do a tune up and they charged him $750 claiming they had to change a fuel injector. Trouble with that his car was an early 80's model and didn't have fuel injectors. They wouldn't let him have his car until he called his lawyer and that changed their minds real quick.

I have taken my van to GOODYEAR in Richmond for years! They are always friendly, and don't try to pressure me to buy extra stuff. When I needed brakes, the manager took me out to my van and showed me what was wrong and why I needed them. If I'm with my kids, or pressed for time, they give me a ride home!
Wouldn't go anywhere else!

No.I've lived in richmond my whole life..Goodyear Has been on the bypass for about 30 years or so.. So i'm not sure who your thinking about but it wasn't goodyear..Millers pit stop is on big hill, Maybe it was them..

As for goodyear in my case they've always helped me out. Dave (they guy in the back) is a nice guy. They have even sent someone out to my house to replace a battery for me. They had installed it a few weeks before, but i had some sort of drain on my system so it ruined the new one..they still replaced it for free. Good in my book

goodyear has very good service. i do my own work, but my family has taken their vehicles there for years. there is a technician that works there named Carl who is in my opinion one of the best around. EVANS from what i have noticed, they have decent service, but it is very, very, very, very high priced, and if you do not pay close attention they will rip you.

They've got a sign out in the lobby saying that if the price is going to be different than the quote, they'll tell you first. They're lying. My bill went from $50 to $150 without a word. I wrote them the check and told them to look at it close, because they'd never get another cent from me.

Daily Horoscope for June 19

Taurus

If you're a typical Taurean you enjoy a steady routine, but this is one of those days when you really benefit from living in a more spontaneous way. So forget about your usual schedule and try to ring the changes. Even some small departures from your usual routine will make a big difference to your mood, so don't imagine that it has to be all or nothing.
