<quoted text>First of all, I never said you have to tell an employee why they are fired. I know it's difficult for you to read and follow along so I will try to use as simple of terms as I can. You stated that you fight every unemployment claim, and win every time. I explained to you why that is not a true statement. Whether or not you choose to tell your employee why they have been let go, you cannot fight an unemployment claim with "just because"! You HAVE to give them a reason and that reason must be a legal reason for firing based on written expectations and recorded insubordination. Not performing to standard or being late one day due to weather will not work. They will win. They would have had to be written up a number of times for tardiness or what-have-you. Now, Wikipedia is by all accounts a very reputable source of information! All of the information found there is referenced further. However, this is not information from wiki we are discussing. I simply displayed for you the wiki definition hoping it would assist your understanding further. Any business man or woman who supposedly works in HR would know these things. I know these things because I own my own business and have a BS in Business Management from IU Bloomington. These are things you lean about in college and you practice in the workplace. If you are in any kind of management position or you own and operate a business you must know the labor laws. If you don't than perhaps you should be fired! I would fire you in a heartbeat because you clearly do not have the knowledge required to handle human resources responsibility effectively. A person like you hurts the bottom line, period. Your theories are not only reckless but completely irresponsible! No company in their right mind would promote the type of conduct you insist you portray. I do wish I knew this 300+ employee company that you work for. I would love to contact them in regards to their foolish HR employee and his uneducated rants while representing them. I can bet right now that if this fallacy was in anyway a factual story, you would have cost your place of business way to much in all of those years of unsound behavior! Any BUSINESS PERSON knows you don't bring your personal issues with you to work. You are there to optimize the ability of that company to make money!!! Firing people because you feel like it is and will cost them a lot of money! The kind of loss companies simply can't afford durring these times. I hope someone from your company does see this thread and you get fired!!! I don't think any explanation would be needed. Your pure ignorance is reason enough.
I'm glad you know your stuff! Thank you!

Epitome of ignorance. Hahaha. Too bad their are democrats all over the country that bust their asses to provide all of the goods and services you couldn't live without. Too bad not one of them cares what some hillbilly degenerate from London, KY thinks about them. Do you losers not see that YOU are the scum of the country and no one with good sense would even be associated with you? You ARE NOT a model citizen darling. You have no right or ability to look down on anyone because you are the lowest of the low. So while you're looking down from the bottom, those of us at the top are looking up, climbing that ladder! All while you sit at the bottom squabbling about others based on what you feel those above you think. But in all reality, they're not thinking about you!!!! Only WHITE TRASH fools talk about their own class. You do so because you hate yourself. It has nothing to do with politics. This whole mindset is a poor mans thought process. I feel a deep sense of pity for you people. It's shameful that people are so ignorant here.
Yip! I live amoung lazy London fools, but I'm smart enough to see others also that work and keep up OUR lazy neighbors!

Mr. Obama was elected by the welfare trash of the country, combined with the illegal immigrants allowed to vote. This circumvented the normal procedure of allowing only true Americans to vote. Of course this may seem normal since they are voting for a non American anyway.
As an employer, this is the very type person I do not want to be working for me. So I fired them. Big deal, if they wanted to work, they would support the company.
If you want to work for me, you work my way. My way does not allow for known Democratic trash being in the building.
So why were these people fired. Simple. I did not need them any longer.
Why did I no longer need them? That is my business, not theirs. They can be gainfully employed right up until they piss me off. Then they get fired.
But keep in mind, I do not work any Nazi's, Klan's men, Gang Banger's, Dopers, or any type person I do not find appropriate.
A life lesson would be when employed, do not piss off the boss, for any reason or you will be fired.
Can it get any simpler than that?
I sir, have never been on welfare, am working a job at RGIS, which is an inventory auditor, meaning I go around all over the state, and sometimes to Indiana to scan items and add them up, I also am going to college and am doing pretty well, and yes I voted Obama and can't stand people who consume the government for all it's worth, unless you have to in order to survive, like if you're disabled. So you can take assumptions that everyone who voted Obama is trash, and shove it up your ass.

Those who supported and voted for SANTA CLAUS for President get what they deserve, which is NOTHING from me. If they want to sit in front of their TV all day waiting for their welfare check to show up, I hope it will be a long wait. I follow the letter of the law to pay only the exact amount of taxes I am due AND NOT ONE DIME MORE to minimize my "contribution" to the Santa Claus payouts. I think the proper term is "Starve the Beast" when it comes to shoveling money to Washington.

Who in Gods name willingly pays more taxes than they are required? What exactly is your point? Lmfao. And you speak very similar to good ol Santy, not a dime more! Sounds suspect to me. This post isn't about you or your choice not to pay more taxes than you're obligated to.(who does that anyway?) It's about illegally firing employees based on political preference and the obvious misinformation of the idiots on this post.

Sorry there pundit but that poster was wrong in almost everything he typed.

You can be fired for any reason your boss decides. He/She does not have to say why, or offer any type of explanation.

From the Governments FAQ site on unemployment.

Quote----

The majority of Americans employed in the private sector work "at will." According to law professor emeritus Joseph Little at the University of Florida, that means you are free to leave at any time, for any reason. That gives your boss a lot of latitude, too.

"An employer may fire the employee at will," Little said, adding, "For any reason. With no consequences."

Some of that pressure may be subtle, but in some cases it's explicit. "I had a man within the last year tell me that he would fire any employee who voted the wrong way," Little said.

And unlike specially protected status like race or gender, if your boss fires you because of your politics, there's nothing you can do about it.

End Quote-----

How about not talking about who you support. Just makes too much sense.

But don't be concerned about being fired for being a Democrat. Your leader has the welfare program waiting for you even as we speak.

I obviously laid off my Democrat employees so I will have more ammunition to throw at Obama for dismal unemployment numbers. We Republicans will stoop to the lowest levels to try and win a moral victory.

So what if it hurts my business? I am honestly only motivated to do this because my candidates failed miserably to win over any portion of America that wasn't affluent and white. Did they do a good job for me? Yes. Do many of them have families that I am also screwing over by being a petty child? Yes. But you are forgetting one important aspect here. I don't care about about anyone who isn't like me.

As a "job creator" I view myself mostly like a deity. I also think people should turn a blind eye to my prejudice because I am a valuable part of the economy. I can always hold my local socio-economic area hostage with by business should they deem my actions wrong. Aside from that little gem of knowledge, this move would seem pretty stupid to most of the educated world. Lucky for me Republicans only win states with the poorest, most uneducated demographics in the nation. So this stupidity should go unchecked for the next 4 years.'Merica
