Can a company fire you for being a Democrat? This is bullshit. 37 people out of work now because of their political affiliations.

The shit happened today to us. Suspected of being a Democrat is what I was told.

This cannot be right!

This has happened all over the country. Thousands of Democrats out of a job because of policy that costs money. So the supporters of the policy that is costing the company must be the first to pay. It is only fair.

Now don't even start with the you cannot fire someone over their political party crap. You can be fired for anything at all. There is no need for you to be told why, or explained to.

The question remains. Are you people happy with the change you wanted? I would think going from a job where you have money each week to being a welfare baby should be enough change even for you retards.

But for the record. We the people that remained employeed laughed and pointed as those fools were escorted from the plant.

I know of several companies that when the stupid tax laws hurt their business, laid off the workers who had Obama bumper stickers on their cars. Anyone dumb enough to vote for that Socialist gets what they deserve.

It only fair dude. If Obama causes the company problems then the Obama lovers get to solve the problem. That is the same as it has been forever.

As a manager, if I have to let people go, you can bet your ass it will be the democrats I choose to.

Voting and having a bumper sticker are too different things. And so if party affiliation. But, whatever.

Fair, wow, what a way to decide what people go. Not based on their job performance, just what political party they are?

Oh dear, are you now a welfare baby? Or does that term only apply to those with a D as their political party of choice?

No I am not a welfare baby. Just a guy looking for a job in a Democrat economy. I will be happy to work any job a smart company dumps union inclined Democrats from. I also will support that company by giving good faith effort and try to promote. Once promoted, I will try to give others the same chance to better themselves through hard work. I don't have the entitlement complex that permiates the Democratic party and their low information voter base. So before you revel in my in my circumstances by accusing me of being the drag on society that you seem to be, think through why a company would get rid of a "what can you do for me" Democrat that voted for a party that is destroying the once business positive climate that used to existbin this country. These companies don't exist to be a check providing social program. They exist to make money, and if all you have to bring to the table is your hat in your hand then you will be replaced with someone that will help them profit.

My son has a disabilty and needs support staff of some sort 24 hours a day. So I hired someone from church to sit with him. She labels herself as a conservative Christian woman. She is also a leader in the church. I fired her Friday for stealing food and talking on her cell phone to other church members all day instead of doing the job I was paying her to do. Guess when I go to hire the next person, I will have to screen out conservative Christians. lol

I was concerned about that when Bush was in office, so I immediately changed my affiliation to independent.
I knew someone that worked at a company when Clinton was in office and was running for a second term. They gave their employees a letter that had threatening over tones if they voted for Clinton.
This is a free country and we are allowed to vote for who we want. I don't see how this is supposed to be legal. Mostly I don't get how the so called Christian conservatives of the Republican Party can relish in the firing of anyone! Not Christian acting at all!!!!! You need to read your bibles and repent!

Only in retarded ass Kentucky would some shit like that happen! Hahaha, you fools are lost in translation! No one with common sense would fire a good employee over their political views. Because paying unemployment is better ! Ha!! What's funnier is to keep on a republican who makes shit stains for pay and still calls themselves a republican. They must not be jobs that require a high IQ! You dummies are so busy hating Obama because he's black and fighting left and right that the puppet masters are getting away with robbing you blind, destroying this nation, and manipulating your minds and you can't even see it play out in front of your eyes! I support Ron Paul and according to your government that would label me a terrorist. Guess I better just collect welfare, ill surely get fired now! Fucking idiots!

Here is a small sample of the Google search results on this same topic. Being fired for supporting a Democrat.

The consensus is the same all across the country. If the President creates a problem for the company, then the supporters of that problem are terminated. It is just common sense. It is the same as company's scanning Facebook to make sure they are employing the type people they want, and this is a daily occurrence.

This is the price paid for letting your employer know you are an idiot. In as much as most people think you have to be a fool to support Obama, and since companies do not want fools working for them. It seems a perfect test.

It is really interesting reading. Google it yourself and read. There are tens of thousands of fools out of work because they supported the fool.

Mr. Obama was elected by the welfare trash of the country, combined with the illegal immigrants allowed to vote. This circumvented the normal procedure of allowing only true Americans to vote. Of course this may seem normal since they are voting for a non American anyway.

As an employer, this is the very type person I do not want to be working for me. So I fired them. Big deal, if they wanted to work, they would support the company.

If you want to work for me, you work my way. My way does not allow for known Democratic trash being in the building.

So why were these people fired. Simple. I did not need them any longer.

Why did I no longer need them? That is my business, not theirs. They can be gainfully employed right up until they piss me off. Then they get fired.

But keep in mind, I do not work any Nazi's, Klan's men, Gang Banger's, Dopers, or any type person I do not find appropriate.

A life lesson would be when employed, do not piss off the boss, for any reason or you will be fired.

Can it get any simpler than that?

How about not voicing your opinion on politics at work in the first place.

It just makes sense to me since everyone knows you cannot work for anyone if they are pissed off at you, so why say things that might piss the boss off.

I have worked at my job for 18 years now, and my boss has no idea who I vote for. It is just none of his business. And on the other foot, I have no idea who he votes for either.

It's easy to find out how you're registered. All you have to do it know the person full name, birthdate and I think part or all of their ss# and you there you go. Its been years since I've looked and I'm not sure of the website, but you can find out. Just google voter registration and go from there. Of course it doesn't mean that you vote that way, but someone can use the info against you if they want to.

I think turn around is fair play. Let the business owners that are democrat, fire all if the republicans. Before you start saying that there can't be any, they're all on welfare, you know better than that.
I've also noticed that all the white trash people that are on all kinds of welfare that I've talked to, are republican and vote that way! They hate Obama and make it very clear.
