Fat Wife won't quit eating

When I first married my wife five years ago she was little, slim & trim! Now she has the body of a apple! She won't quit eating! She keeps getting fatter and fatter! Not too mention she smells like sweat! If I divorce the cow she can take me for everything I'm worth! I live in a nice house off of Gibson Bay! If I divorce this pig, I could end up in the Hines Hotel! What should I do?

She might have a medical condition. Thyroid problems will cause weight gain. If she smells like sweat but practices good hygiene she could have diabetes. She could also be depressed and self medicating with food. Perhaps it is a condition from being married to you.

From the sound of it, you are no prize either. As women get older it does get harder to keep the weight off. Do you love your wife for who she is or what she looks like?

Will she stick by you as you get older? As you loose your hair? When even Viagra won't get it up? When your balls are saggy? Get my point yet?

Stop being a superficial prick and focus on your relationship, not appearances. Maybe if you showed her some love and kindness she would care about the extra weight.

If you are anything like my husband I would be fat to. Matter of fact I am. My husband puts me down, gets mad at me for something I say and calls me all kinds of names. You know when you make fun of someone, they get upset and then eat more or just set on there butt. I know I have been there. I had five kids and lost all my weight with my first three, and from that point on I Have had to really fight to loose it. He wants these big meals with lots of fat in it and in this day and age you cant buy groceries to feed everyone different. So who gets left out, the wife. I do without so I can do more for my husband and kids, and I get no appreciation for it. Why do I do it, because I am suppose to do it. So get off your kick of your wife gaining weight and show her some respect and maybe get her out and walk with her and praise her for what she is doing for you.

Have you tried discussing this with her and maybe not so much the way you did on here? Name calling is disrepectful, that was a downer for me from the get go, doesn't say much for what kind of person you are. And a house, is that really your main concern? Seems to me you must not care for your wife much anyway. Do you already have a slim lady on the side? Wondering!!! Show some love, get her some help, and focus on that, give her so encouragement, maybe that's all she needs. Sounds like you are in a hard luck situation, and maybe just maybe you should be trying to work on fixing the problem. Stinky isn't good,, ask her to take a shower, don't giveup. Good luck...

Squashed husband when i married my hubby i wieghed 145 5f2 that was 8 yrs ago and u know what he can yell complain put me down all he wants but it dont work and he knows it dont work you see us females want to know we are doin good jobs raising the kids making sure the house stay clean and making sure after a hard days work ur asses get fed and what ever else u may want or need what do we get usually nothing you get more with honey then u do with vinegar and as far as ur house goes well hun yea u will probably be screrwd pooch but u ont really care about her cause if you did u would get off ur ass and try talkin to her without putting her down HAVE FUN !!!

People used to get married because they loved each other and if you love each other it isn't supposed to matter what she looks like. only love is suppose to matter. and I guess you're trying to tell us you are drop dead gorgeous. And who cares where you live. Gibson Bay is as full of jerks as anywhere else and it seems you made that quite clear.

Do her a favor and divorce her. She'll probably stop being depressed and will bounce back her slim, trim self again.
