Would that be Deborah(Beyoncé) Parks' place? She is kinda quirky.

I would also like her to stop grabbing anything and everything from the neighborhood yards and dragging it down the middle of the road.

Anyone tried talking to this woman? Is she able to understand compassion? Maybe she doesn't know/ hasn't been taught anything different,..a reason for her madness? Lend a hand, offer to help clean it up? Geez this is a perfect opportunity to DO something better....instead of just complaining.

She looks like a voodoo queen.

Noseyrosey, people have tried to help this woman. It typically results in her yelling at you for all your trouble - even when you talk to her while she's trying to take things out of your garbage, yard sale (without paying), or off your porch. She supposedly wasn't always this way. The city really does need to step in and do something to help her and the community.

Sounds like she has mental illness and hoarding issues. Make a referal to social sevices. Let the professionals handle it, especially if shes acting aggressive towards the neighbora.

That has been done several times, Working Mom. But thank you for actually having a heart with your recommendation. They are fully aware of her and the situation. Nothing changes, though.

I used to live on high street an this women didn't always seem to be this way! She really does need to get help. Her family does her so wrong an she has no one. She doesn't have power or water or gas because she owns the house an a chick named Sheila lived in the house before her an ran the bills up into the thousands an the poor woman can't afford to get the utilities on because the utility companies tell her that the old bills must be paid up first!! It's sad that she has to live this way

Let me tell you that woman is crazy. Her family owned a funeral home and at one time she was "normal" I heard she burns houses down and swears she is a voodoo queen. There is no utilities in that filth hole she lives in and the people who live around her are scared to open their doors because she will just walk in their house. I heard she was hit by a car a while back and that is why she is off, that and she used to embalm bodies at her family funeral home and apparently she sampled the embalming fluid. She really does need the city to step in and get her some mental treatment. Neighbors have seen her using the bathroom outside and dumping filth over her fence into Million Park.

The poor woman can't help how she is. It saddens me when I see her. She does not want any help from anybody so there's not much that can be done. But the city should do something to help her so she can at least have heat!

She needs to pay her damn bills and get electric and water in that filth hole. Everyone else has to pay their utilities why should she be any different? The city needs to make her move out of the house, condemn the property, and give her a nice long stay at Eastern State. She is also using meth and crack, and that itself is enough to lock her up.

How the F#$k do you know that?! Have you done it with her? She seems harmless enough, just walking around town or pulling some kind of carrier. There's also another older lady walking around town who has a different, although loud colored outfit every time I see her. Leave these people alone. They aren't harming you are they?

yes they are harming us actually...a few months back at about 3 in the morning i awoke to someone ringing my doorbell over and over again...being new to this part of town i was extremely scared, it was that deb parks woman who lives down the street asking if we knew where "betty" was, and we said no, then she asked my husband to help her move a couch down the street to her house and when he declined she got very angry and nasty and started yelling, we told her we were going to call the police and she left.
