Just an fyi to all of the bloggers...of Hangers restaurant. I can speak the truth from experience of being there first hand in the action if you get my drift. I dont know much about the history of the grants or Andrew jones, however all you have to do is the proper research to find the truth, because all is public record...so check it out. Now as for the question of how this establishment is ran well the general manager (Andrew Jones) and his side kick Rebecca well they think they are in paris and i dont mean KY i mean France. This is Richmond and the good people here want to eat a nice meal with maybe a little conversation from the wait staff and not merely someone who appears out of nowhere and fills there glass with the house waterI (wich is from a faucet) about half a dozen times during the meal..kind of annoying. Now in the kitchen wich is dysfunctional and doesn't have proper prep stations or heat lamps its a wonder you get your food warm. And I have witnessed the General Manager without gloves or a hair net...after chewing on his Fingernails run his finger across your plate before it leaves the kitchen not to mention he constantly taste the food with the same utensil in wich is used to serve. They dont know much about the bizz and be assured to those who are worried about this it will not last I can already say I told you so . I figure that daddy will stop this reality show of a I wanna be a restaurant owner when the rent isn't being paid and all will be as it was. Too bad because with the right people and the right management team it could be great.

sounds I have not known them not to pay there bills more than i can say for you..

So until last week I was a server at the infamous Hangers ...after coming in and running there errands for them, such as fetching water or whatever Andrew wanted as if we are his personal slaves, we were given our check and told ...thanks but its not working out...well good luck to them to find servers who are willing to work two weeks without getting their tips, thats right they have a policy that you dont get your cc tips until two weeks later, so they can hold them and gain interest on the money i worked for ...I would love to see Becky Chenault wait on tables ...ha...she doesnt have a clue, not to mention she thinks when one of us waits on her she is queen and if her table needs one little thing and you didnt immediatley run and get it you are a dissapointment. A lot of good people got axed and they think they are gonna find better ...sorry as soon as we spread the word about their ethics they will be lucky if anyone wants to work for them. Good luck!!!!

You need to go to the labor board and file a complaint. I have never seen anyone that can hold your tips from you. File the complaint and they will eat Hangers alive.
