The War of Vietnam was an strategic war. Even USA with all his enormous superiority in forces, in air force or in warships were defeated.
The key of the war was on the Strategy. The north Vietnam generals knew that if the attack south vietnam head on they would be defeated by US military power so they decided to fight with diferent form. The strategy was introduce the army through the jungle of the neighhbour country and make U.S. Army fought in that area besides introducing spies and murderers in the south Vietnam.
The objectives of north vietnamese was make US soldiers to fight in unknown area and undermine the moral in South Vietman people.
The US army fail into their tramp. Why??
Because if the US army had fought in defensive mode in the cities without intervene in the Jungle the battle would have been different more similar to the Korean war.
The US army was very comfortable in European type of war but not in the jungle. You have to look how the british army suffer in the jungle against Japan.
This issue knew Franco very well so he decided not to sent military aid to USA except a submarine with medical team.
This type of Guerrilla warfare is well-known by spain even we had to fight againt with the "Polisary Front" using the special Foreign legion, especialists on the desert combat, have to deal it with enormous success.
The USA that with superiority in number, technology and in air force will be enough to defeat them and they made a big mistake. They underestimate the enemy. The enemy make them to fight in a area that the technology will not be decisive on the battle.
I think that since this war the armies of military service dissapeared and the professional armies were introduced.

Simply your opinion it's a story book.
2 billion Christians and 1.7 billion Muslims. All believe in God. Please try to keep up.
Muslims don't believe in the Bible. Even if you include them, that still leaves nearly 4 billion non-believers.
What is a story book? A collection of fictional writings.
Now lets look at some of the stories of the Bible.
Genesis: Geological records and carbon dating both put the Earths age at a little over 4 billion years old, not 6000. Mathematical computations put the age of the universe at over 13 billion years. Again not 6000.
Noah: Anthropological records shows that at no time did anyone live hundreds of years. Geological records show that at no time was the earth covered in water.
Moses: We know from ancient records that there was no Exodus. There were no 10 plagues of Egypt.
Jesus: There has never been one historical document found from from the time of Jesus that mentions him (The Gospels were written many years after his death). The earliest mention of Jesus was by Josephus Flavius, and that was a full 98 years after his supposed death.
As with any historical document, there must be evidence to support it, and if one part is found to be false, it calls to question the entire document.

Wrong.
I believe the constitution to be an historical document. I do believe it is what it is claimed to be.

You are making no sense.
I said there was NO supply surplus. There would have been had they lost thousands of slave mouths to feed. Yes the Egyptians had libraries! In fact they had the greatest library ever known to have existed. The Library of Alexander.
Take a class some time. You may learn something.
There are MANY writings older than the Bible. That doesn't make them divine.
Show me these documents of Moses. The parts of the bible that mentions him wasn't even written until generations after his death.
I know what you said. It wasn't much of a library if one of the greatest events in human history wasn't recorded. Must have had a liberal librarian How can there be a supply surplus if everything was decimated by plagues? I don't need any classes in anything to debate you.

Jesus sais Moses wrote about him. Of course that's NO evidence for an atheist. For those who believe no explanation is necessary... for those who don't believe no explanation is possible.

. In John chapter 5: 46. Jesus says,“If you believed Moses, you would believe me for he wrote about me.”

By your reasoning, since the missing link in evolution has never been found or proven, it is false also. That's the reason it is called a theory.

You can't prove anything to someone, like you, with a closed mind.

His existence is proven daily, you choose not to believe.

That's OK. You are entitled to your beliefs. Being atheist is also a belief system. The First Amendment of the Constitution is a wonderful thing isn't it.

you could easily prove it to me by simply having a prayer answered (just like the bible claims) but you chose to "duck and hide" at the mere suggestion!

i think we are ALL in agreement to there being a higher power (god, if you will). the account of YOUR god is what is in question here!! every religion on earth claims the same rewards, promises, powers and benefits of your god.....why should we believe your account if they make the same claims as you? the only difference in stories is determined by where/how one was brought up to believe. not enough proof for me to devote my life to there bro
