Can we assume that he either gave you a ticket or lock you up? That's the usual reason people get on here under names like "pissed off citizen" and vent, Here's some advise don't disobey ANY laws then you want have to have any dealings with any police officers.

Not all cops are bad, but a lot are. And some of the good ones are guilty of standing up for the bad ones. We need investigation by a group not affiliated with lex or ky police departments....

Yes they should have a dept outside of state n local law. Even men and women of the law break there own laws all the time,and our young kids see it all the time.
