If you think its so damn great, why don't YOU go work there. Nobody stays here for too long because of the working conditions and the attitudes of the management. Every week they have us go in to a meeting so they can complain about how the quotas weren't met, or some other reason. stress relief for them, stress for us. Learn your facts before your so eager to pat somebody on the back!!!!

I do believe he thought it was excellent because it will bring more jobs to the area. I know someone who worked there and it wasn't that bad, but they do need a management facelift. Still, money is money, and when you have bills to pay, it all spends the same.

Funny how people love to complain about the Japanese owned companies in this area, and how "bad" their management is. Tokico, Asahi, etc.

I say it's people that don't like management actually expecting them to work while at work.

If you hate it so much people, leave for something else, there's others that would like the opportunity to work and won't complain about it.

Actually any job would do just to get away from the lack of management and I actually work in it at Hitachi. I could tell some stories how they hate the labor

I work at Okonite which is union and I am okay with some of that but sometimes I feel I waste my money because it is so overrated. I tried at Tokico but I got turned down. They really didnt give a reason but it was right before the economy so I think that was why. I tried KI but they have slowed down so much who knows if they will be around for the long haul. What about the sub-zero? Are they still coming? I just need a change of job.

Sub Zero is not coming. They have been fighting with their union employees and put the plant on hold in 2008. They'll never open here now.
