Because of u I guarantee people are naming him a thief or a piece of trash.. And for no reason. Get off of here running ur mouth and take it to court and see how far that takes u.. LOL

What "people" exactly do you think are actually making their determinations about anyone's character based on unsubstantiated drivel on Topix??
Think hard about just who it is that gets on these forums at all, and of those, what type of person is it who would just accept all these accusations as fact based on a bunch of marathon typing sessions and hearsay.
Now, try to imagine the opinion of that gullible few actually mattering to the rest of the world, or the accused.
Oh sure, those who feel like the law is all bad because they themselves have screwed the legal pooch a time or two, they're all about law enforcement and government conspiracies, believing anything that supports their on-going efforts to dodge all acceptance of blame of responsibility for their own actions.
But barring those poor souls, have any of you *rational* readers seen any real news stories or court info regarding this alleged chain of events? Any at all?
Has the accuser posted a corroborating single link?
And perhaps the most important question of all: Would this wronged, would-be crusader for personal justice even feel the need wage such a long, repetitive, almost desperate-sounding smear campaign - on this low-brow gossip forum of all places - if he had in fact had even a drop of success in court?
You know, court: That place that requires real evidence and not just one-sided claims and endless rants online?
But, oh wait, he's got pictures for proof.
Heck, I could get personal looking pictures of most people, if they were fool enough to leave their Facebook pages on set Public! Browse, right-click, "save as..." I could then claim they were left on my misappropriated computer by the evil po-po. Would that be enough to convince a few gullible on Topix? Sure. A judge? Well... like i said: No links to any news or court cases, and he's still on Topix trying to convince strangers.
I mean if these claims bore the slightest merit, wouldn't this poor victim's plight have long since appeared as a legitimate case or new story for us to read and verify?
No. Because no court, no judge, no investigative reporter has deemed it the slightest bit worthy of serious consideration.
This poor butthurt fellow is using Topix as his outlet because he lacks anything approaching a real case, and this is all he's got in the way of getting revenge for what he feels was a slight against him.
No more rants. Put up or shut up, Champ: Links to stories, blotter entries, or court info proving litigation or a judgement, or you're full of sh!t and everyone with half a brain knows it.
We'll be waiting. Like we have since you started this crap, with nothing to show for it but you going on and on like a heartbroken b!tch.

I'm just trying to figure if there's more to this story he ain't telling. What did the police see that made them take a closer look at his computer, and if it was used, I'm trying to imagine what might justify such a thing.
Then it hit me: What if the police suspected this guy of using the computer for wrong-doing? Maybe the thrown out DUI is just a smokescreen. What if this guy was using McDonald's wifi to chat up some underage girl (or boy)? Think about it: Out of state person just camped out at McDonalds, with his laptop out and just tapping away? Maybe if the cops had waited a bit longer, he'd have made his hookup and been caught red handed?
Or what if he was instant messaging a drug connection?
Or he might have been using the harder-to-trace connection of a public hotspot to download something illegal. What if this "victim" was trying to snag illegal pictures or videos of kids? What if he was part of a chain or network of sickos doing the same? Cops often seize their equipment, keep everything on the down-low, then use the computers to pose as the suspect to net more people in the network.
Same tactic used for drug busts. Again, interstate traveller, suspicious behavior, now claiming wrong doing, perhaps trying to influence public opinion ahead of a court case, maybe get damning evidence thrown out?
All this is just speculation and hearsay itself, but the door swings both ways. Is it more likely that a state trooper risked their job for use of a greasy used laptop, or could it be that it was kept and used in some ongoing investigation?
Why not post that name of yours so we can do some public records searches, laptop guy! Maybe see if you have a record, and of what, and maybe on a few sex offender lists?
Let's see if you want us to dig up the rest of this story!

naw, this crybaby pussbag just fell behind his geeky internet friends in his warcraft fake life without a computer, and now he's pissed forever cause his gayass dark elf sorceress can't go on the big quests no more. maybe he lost his login info and lost his account for good. maybe his warcraft girlfriend who was actually a boyfriend (or the other way around?) dumped him cause of it. after all, this shit DOES read like a spurned lover's tale, don't it? and it's just like a foul, pimply, fatass computer addict to spend this much time and so many posts over the same old shit, over and over and over and over. when you spend every waking day and night caught up in stuff that ain;t real, making a fuss on topix probably seems like the realest revenge ever :-P so sad!
#48 Jun 27, 2013
sucka got awful quiet for once, didn't he? hmmmmmmmm
#49 Jun 27, 2013

#51 Jun 29, 2013
None of this is a surprise to me. The RPD and staties are fcking goons. They think they can get away with anything and do. And whoever said that about dying in jail is spot on. They will let you lay up in that jail and die. You could have leprosy and they would say "fill out a medical slip and the nurse will see u on Friday" rflmfao My run in was with officer hogan rpd and he is a punk and his heart pumps pi$$ he couldn't get his nerve up with me handcuffed behind my back. Still a scared little bully target just like high school
#52 Jun 29, 2013
Wow. With your intimate knowledge of incarceration and that belligerent, confrontational attitude, I'm betting you're a real winner at life. No possible way you could be the least bit biased against cops, either. Not you. No sir.
Eat a dick, Con.

Alienware hasn't been a real or impressive name in competitive gaming PCs since Dell bought them out years ago. Now they're just midrange rigs with GFX from the previous generation, some pretty colored lights in the case, and a big fat price-tag. I can build 2 rigs for what you paid, and either alone would gobble yours up and spit it out. So stop bragging about being assraped for 2.5k for an Alienware laptop. It screams "I am an idiot for buying it."
You got no case, no recourse, just Topix and those chubby little tears you keep crying. It's obvious that you're a sniveling little bitch who thinks that if they post enough on Topix, people may care about your half-truths and partial sob stories.
Move on with your obviously worthless life, find a purpose that incorporates sunlight and aerobic activity, so that losing access to an overpriced under-spec laptop won't end your whole pathetic fucking world, causing you to rage like a spurned teenaged girl for months on end.

Alienware got absorbed by Dell in friggin 2006...?
What did you have in that thing, a Pentium?? Maybe a few vacuum tubes? Ha!!
No, Sweetie, you're so-called Alienware is either a Dell with a coat of paint that you can't remember when you f'ing bought, or it's a 7-year-old dinosaur.
Or, most likely, you're just a damn liar.
Let's assume for one minute that you actually had this Alienware laptop in the first place, and you aren't just nabbing public pics off this cop/his associates' public social network pages, saying they were on your made-up hard drive, and making stupid false claims on a public forum for personal reasons.
(Because THAT would be CRAZY, wouldn't it)?
Here's some fun facts:
To anyone who knows a shred about performance computer gaming, Alienware was always just overpriced digital bling for idiots. Assembling your own parts, or buying a rig from any number of the awesome game-centric builders BESIDES Alienware that have existed for years, can net you far better specs than anything Alienware has ever sold, and for much less money. So if you DID buy one, you're a moron.
Since Dell bought them way way back, however, Alienware became the low-end of gaming. Compared to a real rig, yours IS a low-end Dell. So based on your most recent comment, again, you're a moron... and you should actually THANK anyone who past or present allegedly tries to take it off your bumbling hands, forcing you to upgrade to a REAL machine.
Not that you could, since clearly, the alleged loss of a sinble laptop is a life-crushing blow that's worth you sniveling like a b!tch to anyone that will listen for friggin months! Which by the way, also makes you a moron.
Look. You can't assemble a rational thought or argument to save your worthless life, you type like sh!t, you clearly know absolutely d!ck about tech, and here you are again, on Topix, defending lie after lie, actually still hoping to garner attention to your butthurt corruption claims.
Which is fine, I guess, because as far as anyone can tell and you've been able to prove, Topix is the ONLY place where your version of events ever really existed in the first place.
You need to man-up, get a life, and try, try, TRY to educate yourself on the crap you plan to brag and lie about. At least make it a CHALLENGE for people to pick apart your bullsh!t. I feel like I'm face-punching a baby, here: Not a lot of challenge, just carnage.
Then again, in this one case, I suspect baby needs a good punching.

this information was posted on every topix forum in central ky

Interesting. But in the story above regarding drug checkpoints, the one where the suspects got off on technicalities, they DID FIND DRUGS. In the one(s) regarding forced blood draws and breathalyzer tests, no mention is made as to the results (but my money says they were hot - why else would they make such a stink)? So in either case, seems like the law was doing their best to protect the rest of us from drunks and doped up drivers who are now upset about their toes being stepped on. Can't say as I'll shed one single tear for such losers.
Whenever I've been stopped and onconvenieced at a checkpoint, or asked to take a sobriety test or a breathalyzer, I've never batted an eye. Then again, I'm not a drunk or doper and haven't anything to hide. They're trying to save lives and get sh!tbags off the streets before they get somebody killed. So I am grateful for the effort, and only wish the punks hadn't managed to wiggle out of it.
Funny how most law-hating, paranoid morons have a vested interest in b!tching about the law, usually due to a burning desire to escape consequence.
Actually, it isn't funny at all. Really just sad.
When the drunks and druggies that got out of doing time in those instances get back out on the road, drive under the influence, and kill a family headed home from the movies, I wonder, will you be so diligent in posting the links to THOSE stories?
That is, if you're not wasted at the time?
Thanks for chiming in, loser.

So the police screwed you over, big deal, they screw over lots of people. But you indicate they even ran you off, to wherever you are posting from.
Is it not apparent no one here cares? If you have a complaint then make it, cause dude, this is worn plum out, this crying and doing nothing.
