And also the ignorant people whose life is so wrecked that they have nothing positive to say. Like the armchair quarterbacks that played football in high school and now criticize a bunch of kids while stuffing his face full of beer and would pull a muscle if he even looked at a gym....

I was at the game. They sucked. The play calling sucked. Mchs is a 6a school. They should have dominated. No blocking. Bad tackling. They were horrible.

I'm calling it the way I see it. Take off your rose colored glasses and look at it for face value.

Bad coaching. Bad plays. Bad players. This isn't peewee league any more where all games are great games and it ended in a tie.

The game is on YouTube, watch it for yourself.

There's no JV squad thusyear. The key players are sophomores who went straight from playing freshman to Varsity. Usually there's one or two players that do that but this is half the team. The purpose of JV is to build varsity players. These kids didn't get that chance. All three quarterbacks are sophomore, the two running backs are sophomores, two of the three receivers are sophomores, twi corners, etc. Yall can say their bad but they are young and doing what they can but they only weigh 150 pounds. They should all be pretty good by their senior year.

150 pounds? More like 135 - 140 pounds. In addition to that team of starting sophomores who were just playing freshman ball last year, a few of them that Browne played last week were actually freshman. The fact is these kids didn't get the JV experience and are young and because of it may not win a game this year. That's not their fault that the team can't recruit or maintain upperclassmen. They still deserve support and encouragement....

The players that central thought they where getting went 13 miles south . I will tell you that whole group is loaded from varsity all the way down to the freshman . The freshman team at southern could win against most jv teams now . But very soon central will see what they lost . What's the old saying u dont know what u got til it's gone .

Son I've been coaching and teaching for several years just not at MCHS. It just always amazes me on how you bleacher dandy's can coach from the metal or the pine you sit on. Never being goof enough to play anything but that jaw of yours.

okay coach J, tell me why all your players walked??? because of the dandys in the stand? hell no.... your inability to coach is 99.9% of the reason why. i honestly don't think you have the first clue of what you're doing. someone gave you a whistle and a pair of shorts 3 sizes too small and you think your madden! lol.

BTW, did you buy the newest madden gamee to get some new plays or are you still using madden '12 for your play calling?
really now

first off, just because we (the bleacher dandys) have real jobs and work till after practice gets over, doesn't mean you're a decent coach nor does it mean you're better at coaching them a few of us. I'm willing to bet i forgot more about football and coaching young men/children in football then you have ever and or will ever know!

having a degree in phyiscal education (LMAO!!! college must have been hard) or basket weaving and being unemployable other then a high school gym teacher to pass out dodge balls is the last thing i ever want for any of my kids to do with their life.

But, lets just go with the flow here.... you're such a great coach and i'm sure you have your head so far up browne's a$$ you can't even see daylight. how many games will mchs varisty team win this year. please only count (take off your shoes if needed) 6A schools. and you can include playoffs since every 6A school goes into the playoffs (case in point, browne's first season with a 1-10 team)????

you got a very nice new stadium, but not a single coach worth anything to teach these young boys.

you should hear these boys talk abuot every coach.... i hear it daily from a few of them. trust me when i tell you, i'm in tears laughing at some of it.

my prediction.... 3 total wins on the year, a big ZERO wins in the playoffs.

It's high school football people. Small Kentucky town mentality. To the MCHS Football Team, keep your heads up, have fun, and enjoy your high school years. Go Indians!

. Coach j you really don't know do you . Man your a joke you talk a good game but that's it. And as far as football do what you did in high school for me go get me a water bottle . Because the real football players need it . Ooooo ill tell you where you can get a copy of NCAA 2014 . Maybe those plays can help you out . The kids are the only ones suffering from all these non coaching group . Any coach will tell your players make you.so coach j stop living in the past mine and your time has come and gone . Coach these young men up not your wish for thinking ego .with that said grow up SON and coach

Southern got turf a year before Central got their Stadium.

Turf vs. Stadium....can you really compare the two?
