Exercise, lots of it. Join a good gym. It's not that expensive, it will allow you to be surrounded by people who are health conscious. It will get you out of the house and in a mindset to work out. 60 lbs and counting...working out 6 days a week for almost two years now.

Zero fast food and zero soft drinks are a great way to start. The biggest issue with losing weight is not neccessarily what you eat, it's how much of it. Even if you cut out carbs and ate nothing but protein, portion sizes are key. That being said, cut out carbs. A lot of people will tell you this is a bad idea as carbs give you energy for workouts, but losing weight and getting stronger are two different workout plans. Until you reach your target weight, you should cut out carbs and just eat protein. Small portion sizes (4 ounces of chicken as opposed to a regular 8-10 ounce piece) 5-6 times a day will ignite your metabolism and you'll burn fat away quickly and efficiently. Yes, you'll feel a little more tired after cutting out your carbs, but if you stick with it until you lose some pounds, you can slowly start to add carbs in while increasing your workouts. I lost 55 lbs in about 5 months while not doing much more than running 2-3 times a week. It works.

I recommend several small meals a day and walking. It worked for me. I ate all my meals on a coffee saucer to control my portions but I ate ANYTHING I wanted as long as it fit in the plate. Good luck!!

I recommends that you do some sort of physical activity on a regular basis. A physical activity that is enjoyable. It's a plus if you can make money at it.

I suggest that you come down and work for me. I pays cash, all the girls have fun and once you start working for me, you will lose weight.

I had one ho that was 200 lbs when she started working for me. Now, four months later, she is down to 110 pounds and looking good.

Here's what I did: got some little pads of paper at Wal-mart, and every day wrote down every thing I ate and drank, with the associated calories, and totaled the calories at the end of each day. Kept the daily calories to around 1600-1800, walked a lot, did some weight training, and lost 25 lbs. in about 3 mos. I think it's all about counting calories, moving, not cheating on your calories, don't try to lose weight too fast, and being committed to your goal. Good luck.

Eat only fruits for one week straight. Next week eat only vegetables. Cut out all soda even diet. No beer ect. Just water. For 2 weeks. Run 1 mile a day. If you can't run a mile yet continue this plan back and forth fruit/veg. Untill you can. Increase your run everyday. Take a fiber bar each day when you wake up. That's it. The pounds will melt away. But you got to want it.
Just like any diet and exercise consult your doctor before doing anything.

Actually, semen, while not having a high nutrition value, only has about 3-5 calories per load. It also contains a little protein. If anything, it's a good light snack.
