Does anyone know when the trial of Cody Boyd Tribble will be? He was the one charged with the murder of his great grandmother, Joann Tribble. According to the paper he had hit her in the head with a hammer. Horrible to think about. Hope he gets the death sentence. Even that would be too good for him.

A low life indeed. He killed a woman that loved him and had been so good to him. i wonder what prompted him to do such a horrible act. He is so tall and big and for him to put his hands on this little frail woman is beyond belief. I hope he at least gets life without the possiblity of parole. I am following the trial as to report on it.

From what I have heard and understand the lady would have given him money. Perhaps not enough, huh?

This guy is 6 feet tall and weighs 240 pounds. Imagine what this little old lady went through. He needs castrated and hung in the court house square so every one could get a whack at him. Makes me sick at my stomach. Cant even call him a man. He is a coward from the devils spawn.

Society will judge him. But the only true judge in this world is the God above. As we know he sure won't get to heaven. I think the world of the family. I hate to see the pain they have to go through. I hate to see society to have to pay for his 3 meals a day, housing, comforts for life. We as the society didn't do anything wrong so we don't deserve being punished by having to pay for someone who murders someone.

I just want to say, that I know no matter the why what he did was terribly wrong. Cody lived in my home for a couple of months. He was a very kind human being to me and my family. Keep in mind, he is still someones child, nephew, grandchild, maybe even a dad himself ect....We can not control all our children do. Nothing can change what has happened, but I do wish him and his family all well.

If my son killed my grandmother I could not help but hate him to my grave. He is pure evil.

Dear Wondering,
I seem to kinda disagree with you. I know what he did was way wrong. I truely would have a big issue if either of my kids killed my mother. But now my bible tells me there is no big sin, or no little sin. Sin is sin no matter if it is murder, lying, adultrey, idiol gods, stealing. It is all the same in gods eyes. I also read that we can be saved in a moment and a twinkling of an eye. So in all due respect to your opinion, this is what I read in my bible. God is a merciful god. I also do not believe god gives life to total evil, I do believe that we as people let satan lead us in the wrong directions. We have choices and not many espcially our young these days choose gods way. With that being said, I have no intentions of commenting any futher here. And you are very correct, or so I think it is not my place to judge. I am just glad that the family has got some peace in this matter. I hate that their loss is going to be go great.
