Dr. Highsmith was the best dentist that i have ever been to! I was away from home and broke a tooth and she not only fit me in but was fast and pain free!! She and her staff were also very friendly and welcoming! I might start making the 3 plus hour drive twice a year just to have her be my regular dentist. I give her two thumbs up and five stars!!

Dr Highsmith is very nice and so is her assistant but her office manager aka her husband is going to get her run out of town. He is very rude and is not patient oriented at all. He is not considerate enough to inform patients of hidden charges and then will be rude and argue with you on the phone saying that its not their policy to inform patients of all charges. What the?????
If you can get past the front end rudeness then go to her like I said.. she is nice but then you have to deal with him..........

I have really enjoyed dealing with all of the staff at Courtney Camp Highsmith DMD. It must be frustrating for the staff to deal with patients that don't show up for their appointments and then refuse to schedule there children when they are overdue. They are one of the last of the dental offices that file your claims for you and I really appreciated the time they put in accomodating me from start to finish.

We love Dr. Highsmith! She is last in a long line of dentists that we have tried with our children over the years. She is very patient and the staff worked great with our kids.

I don't agree at all with the other poster about her husband. He has always called us prior to our appointments about our charges because our dental insurance is so poor. We know going in exactly what the bill will be. Because of our insurance, he can't file for us, but he prints out all the forms and all we have to do is sign them and place them in the mail.

I agree with the Former Patient. Dr Highsmith is very nice, but, her husband is not patient oriented. When I received my bill, I had a charge on there that should have been paid by my insurance company. Because my daugher was a certain age that service was not needed at such a young age, so I had to foot that bill myself. I was told by my insurance company to have Brent to call and explain to them why she need the x-ray at such a young. He stated that he had call and when I called them back they stated that they had not heard from any on in that office. So I had to pay for unnecessary service that was provided to my child under the age of 4. He was very rude about the situation and argued with me also. I love Dr Highsmith, but because of her manager I will not take my kids there again.

Dr.Highsmith and staff were incredible. Everyone in the office is friendly and sufficient. The staff has made it much easier to have the proper dental care my family has needed. The front office staff is always polite and goes out of the way to make sure things are completed by the insurance company. I am more than pleased by Dr.Highsmith and her staff.
