I am moving to the area soon and in looking for homes I am getting mixed info from realtors about the area. Some say Richmond Hill is the place to buy and others say you can get more house for your money in Midway and that Midway is growing. Any inside info for those living there would be very helpful!

Thanks!!

It depends what you are looking for. If you want a lot very close shoping and dinning, then Richmond Hill is the choice. If you want to maximize the value you get for the money spent on housing or prefer a small-town feel, then Midway is the right choice.

If you choose Midway as I have, it is only 15-20 minutes from the major area shoping and dining hubs, and you get a lower crime-rate, and a small town feel.
