Speeding ticket in Richmond Hill Question???

I had a question. I recently got a spending ticket in Richmond Hill. I had just left the BP Travel America place and went on 17 away from 95, so towards hinesville and midway. I had just gotten off work and it was about midnight. I pulled out of the BP and on my way got pulled over by a police officer. He gave me a ticket stating I was going 62 in a 45. Well I am pretty sure it's 55 where he pulled me over. He said I was clocked going 62 by the hotel which is less than a half a mile from the BP I pulled out of. I drive a salvage title toyota corolla... There is no way I go that fast in such little amount of time. Is there a way to fight that? I heard I could go to my court date and show information on the distance of where he said he clocked me and show the bank statement saying I was at the BP just minutes prior so there is no way I could get to that speed that fast. Any ideas or tip?
